PRIME LOCATION! Coastal Blue #4 Close To Amelia Island Gems!
Come enjoy an Amelia Island getaway at our recently updated 2 Bedroom/1.5 Bathroom Townhouse! Coastal Blue #4 is located just 1/4 mile from Main Beach and two miles from the historic downtown of Fernandina Beach. Plus, Fort Clinch State Park and Egan's Creek Greenway are a short bike ride away! Our townhouse is truly convenient to everything the island has to offer - and best of all, beach access is just a short walk across the street!
Situated close enough to the shoreline to hear the waves at night, our townhouse has been recently updated with a new deck and other exterior upgrades after interior renovations in the kitchen and bathrooms in past years. From the lower level guests enter the living room, which offers comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. The dining area seats four and is right next to the renovated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and modern countertops. From the downstairs level, guests also have access to the laundry room with a washer and a dryer.
Both bedrooms are on the upstairs level. In the primary bedroom, guests will enjoy a new comfortable king mattress and flat screen TV. Private deck access can also be reached from the primary bedroom.
The second bedroom offers two twin beds with clothing storage and linens as well. The main bathroom on the second level has a tub/shower combination and a new vanity with extra counter space. Guests are provided all-fresh bath linens and beach towels.
Dogs are considered but they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs.

Clean townhome, close walk to beach, Fort Clinch, and Salt Life restaurant. Short drive to downtown dining and shopping and cruises and trolleys.

Exactly what we needed
The property was just as described. It was clean and updated and a short walk to the beach. Wonderful to have the washer and dryer. We enjoyed being close to Main Beach.

Convenient and Clean
We had a car, so it was a straight drive to the Omni for the wedding and events Thursday and Friday nights. Very convenient and very clean - beds were very comfortable, plus we parked right outside the door!

Fernandina Beach Condo
Condo in a small 4 unit complex. Across the street from the beach with convenient beach access. Condo was comfortable, clean and well equipped including beach chairs which was great.

Great little place
We had a good time. Enjoyed some relaxation and time away from reality. We did have some of our belongings stolen at this residence, so I wouldn’t recommend leaving your stuffed unattended.

You get what you see!
This property was great! The description and pictures are accurate. You really do get what you see ... and more! The property is very well kept. We felt at home. And the beach is just a short walk from the property. We definitely plan to return here. We give this place two thumbs up!

It felt like home
I admit, I was nervous! But the pictures did not lie! This beach home is lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I appreciated the beach chairs and buggy being provided. All of the amenities were great! And,, the home was thoroughly cleaned. A short walk to the beach entrance, coffee, and a great time. I would highly recommend this location.

Nice little spot,across street from beach ,not great views
Quiet 4 plex ..had end unit..easy to come and go..tried to call destination Amelia ,think it was around 8pm and got an answering service..wanted to rent a movie with wife as most of everything was closed early ..no answer from the property manager….I do like staying where I can immediately talk to the owner if needed ..great for a little getaway

Our conveniently-located condo is definitely in a great spot to quickly access the uncrowded beach access across the street and we know our guests enjoy that! As for your call, we are sorry we were not able to connect with you right away. Looking back at our phone system, it seems your call came in on a Friday night at 10:05 pm and since our answering service did not deem it an emergency, it was not immediately forwarded to our on-call manager. Guests are always welcome to reach out and for non-emergent situations our team will respond as soon as it is normal business hours again.
