This beautiful 1-bedroom carriage house in Watercolor is quietly tucked in beside the main house with easy access to the beach only a half mile away, nearby Frog pool and Watercolor's Boat House. This carriage house includes a full kitchen and washer/dryer and all of the comforts of home making it a favorite place to stay for couples.

A total of 4 wristbands are allowed for this property. Watercolor requires 1 wristband per person.
Children under the age of 5 do not need a wristband. The wristbands will be located inside the property.
Please note that when the Carriage House and Main House are rented together the max wristbands allowed will be 14.
No Pets! No Smoking! No Parties! The primary renter must be at least 25 years old with a ratio of one adult over 25 per 3 under 25 during spring break and summer seasons.
**30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival.**
