We have “A NO CONTACT” check in and check out procedures. We have an open air walkway leading to your private entrance to your condo.


3 bedroom 3 bath corner condo located on the 6th floor, located within walking distance to the main parkway in Gatlinburg. 1/2 block from trolley stop. Master Bedroom has king size pillow top bed. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in shower. 3rd bedrooms has a queen size bed, all bedrooms has private bathrooms. Living room has sofa sleeper, Flat Screen TV with cable. Kitchen is fully equipped, coffee maker, blender, toaster and crock pot. Washer/Dryer in condo.

The private balcony is a great place to watch the sunset over the mountain, some sites from Gatlinburg or just sit out back and watch nature and the wildlife. No need to worry about parking or traffic the condo is located within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg s restaurants, shops and attractions.Short walk to Ole Red Music Venue and Anakeesta.

Great Place

Very Clean and enjoyed the easy walk to town. Condo is in a Great Location and very clean. I would definitely suggest staying at this condo, we will stay again👍 Town is literally 5min walk

Perfect Place

Very clean, enough room for us all, quiet and close to downtown Gatlinburg. We actually left our vehicles and walked downtown. We will definitely stay again.

Great place for families

We enjoyed our stay. The communication was excellent. I appreciated the quick responses from Patti. We had 4 young adult children with us and it was amazing having 3 bathrooms. It was perfect.

Great condo

The condo was just as pictured. More than enough space for 2 adults and 4 teens. Easy check-in and check-out. Convenient location in Gatlinburg within walking distance to attractions, restaurants and shops.

Great condo close to everything! From the entertainment to the local wildlife, we had a blast. The room was quiet and comfy with all the amenities of home. Would highly recommend to anyone considering a stay in Gatlinburg.

A perfect smaller unit for eight people.

This Vrbo rental was well worth the money. We loved having three bedrooms, three baths, a well-supplied kitchen, and seating for several people. The hosts are very welcoming and thorough with communication.

Really enjoyed the stay. View from the balcony was great. Saw one bear walk through the parking lot while another one was at the duplex across the road. Would stay again and would not hesitate to recommend staying at this property.

Conveniently located condo

Comfortable and clean condo conveniently located to entertainment area of Gatlinburg, free parking, and an indoor pool and hot tub. Each bedroom had its own private bath. We were also able to see the local wildlife (bears) from the safety of the condo which was a thrill for our entire family.

Motorcycle Rides

We wanted to ride the Deals Gap Dragon Tail and stayed in Gatlinburg as there is much to do in town after long day of riding. This was our 2nd trip there and will do it again. Our communication with Patty and Jim was excellent. We all definitely agree this is a fantastic spot.

A Relaxing Vacation in Gatlinburg

My Husband and i took 2 of our Grandkids one 16yr old and a 9yr old on vacation qnd stayed at this condo at Gatlinburg Towers .they each had their own bedroom and bathroom and Tv so they really enjoyed our stay.ot was close to the parkway and all the fun.i would recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to relax and unwind .

Lovely location

This is the start of our annual mother daughter trips around the country. We booked the apartment because of the location and amount of bathrooms. It was exactly like the pictures and was the perfect location; walkable to the town but just far enough that we were off the busy street! The check in/out process was simple and the apartment was clean. I would book this apartment again and recommend it to others due to ease of everything.

Girls trip

We had a great stay. The location is great, and the unit is spacious and just as described. We had plenty of room and the three separate baths were excellent. Parking one night was a bit tricky as folks were taking up two spaces as the spaces are pretty tight. We weren’t in the unit for meals but found there were a good amount of amenities if needed. I would definitely choose to stay here again when back in the area.

Family vacation

The condo was great, just a little bit further of a walk than we thought. Pool was closed and we thought it said it was open on the website. That was disappointing. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Hello Stacey Thank you for your stay. We do advertise on all our sites that our pool/hot tub are closed. These will not be opened until the social distance is lifted. We are within walking distance to downtown only 3 1/2 blocks to downtown. Again thank you for staying with us Patty and Jim

Nice and close

This is a great spot. The room is well suited with 3 bed rooms. The kitchen is maybe a tad cozy but no matter because you need to be outside anyway! I checked the actual distance to the main drag an easy 1/2 mile to the fun. The initial downhill walk in the parking lot is a bit steep, but after that you are on sidewalks all the way down to the fun. Clean, cozy, comfortable. A+ recommend.

Long Family Weekend

Really enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful. Nice to come back to after a busy day playing.The owners are quick to respond. When we arrived, the owners were there to meet us. They let us know that the elevator was down, but had someone out within a couple of hours. They even offered to help us carry some of our items up to the condo since the elevator was down.

Wonderful condo

The condo was within walking distance of everything! It was beautifully remodeled and comfy. Our granddaughters loved the indoor pool and we adults loved the hot tub! The balcony was nice for morning coffee. Kitchen was well stocked. Off the back balcony we saw bears everyday. Even a momma bear with 3 cubs. The beds were comfy. We were missing sheets for the couch bed and she had them in our unit within an hour!!! Patty was very accommodating!

Overall Great

Excellent location. Condo was as advertised. Would definitely come back. Need to fix the gas logs. I had no trouble getting them to come by and start them. They just wouldn’t stay lit. The pilot just needs the orifce replaced. Everything else was great! Thanks Patty and Jim!

We love the location. It is within walking distance to downtown yet we still have a gorgeous view of the mountains. It is a easy walk to the Village, Ripleys Aquarium, Ober Gatlinburg Tram, Putt Putt Golf, Shops, all of our favorite Restaurants and Attractions. We enjoy the hot tub year round and the seasonal gas fireplace in the winter. The private balcony is a great place to watch the sunset over the mountain or just sit out back and watch nature and the wildlife. The living room has a flat screen TV with cable. All bedrooms have TV with cable in them.
