We absolutely LOVED our stay! The house was a perfect size for just me and my boyfriend. It was so close to both the beach and the local shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

Such a cute place to stay and so close to the beach and several shops and restaurants. Everything was just as described and very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Katt was a wonderful host! Very responsive. The property is ADORABLE! Perfect spot for my husband and I. Very walkable, close to the beach and all of the local shops and restaurants. Would HIGHLY recommend!

BFF Vacay!

My bff from college and I stayed here 3 days. Perfect walk to the beach, walk to restaurants and shopping, and everything else needed on property. Very clean and quiet!

This was the perfect place for me and my husband. Like staying in a tiny house! We had everything we needed. Just a short walk to the beach and was nice to be able to walk into town and grab a bite to eat and shop. Will certainly be staying there again. Folly Beach is beautiful.

Perfect for our time in Folly

This property is tiny but mighty! It was perfect for the two of us, and even better than the pictures show. We walked to dinner and back, caught a sunrise and enjoyed a stroll on the shore. Bonus - the owners were helpful and personable as well!

Host's are awesome. Provided beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and whole lot of recommendations and suggestions. Location is awesome. Property is awesome. Perfect stay for a couple. I will book again when going to Folly.

quaint little space for two.. perfect for what we needed- a place to sleep and escape. close enough to walk home after drinking if we wanted to tie one on! loved it!

Cute and Convenient!

As a Charleston local, Folly beach is one of our favorite spots. The Itty Shack was not only adorable, but well stocked and clean. We were able to conveniently walk to restaurants and the beach. The off street parking was also a huge bonus. Katt was very responsive and helpful, which added to a great staycation! We’ll definitely be back!

Small space, big comfort

Perfect size for two people! My husband and I spent a long weekend in the Itty Shack for an early anniversary trip. Folly Beach is our favorite place to stay because of the proximity to everything the Charleston area has to offer. We found the place to be very comfortable and lacked nothing! Super clean, off street parking, and all the amenities you would need even in a small space. We can't wait to book our next trip!

Perfect for me

At the beach, all I need is a place to lay my head and take a shower! This place is perfect! Easy access to the beach, very clean, great parking for one car, close to the fun and food. Very comfy bed.The outside shower was a plus for coming off the beach too. It was a great time and will visit again! Oh, and I briefly met the hostess and she was super nice!!

Itty Shack

This is a very compact space with limited storage space. It is close to the beach but may need car or golf cart to get to restaurants if you have limited mobility. Unfortunately, it rained often during my stay which limited my use of outside amenities and space.

Great location, very clean

My husband and I stayed here for a week after Labor Day. It was exactly as described and had a lot of amenities for a micro unit. It was only a 1 minute walk to the beach and was very convenient that the host provided beach chairs and towels. The unit was very clean and there was a cute sitting area outside. The bathroom could use a shelf, but that is not really a complaint. Large TV, comfy bed (which is raised to store your luggage - very helpful), all in all great place. Host was very responsive.
