Come see why this 5th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach condo is the best for your family!

Our condo is perfectly situated on the 5th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 12.

There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Perfect for out family

The parking was available and so convenient especially since we brought small children and their safety is always upmost in our minds. We were hesitant because we usually stay in a smaller complex but this one was quiet, and never seemed crowded. The pool area was a huge hit with the grandchildren and the grill area was also situated in a great area.

Best family vacation spot

The property is beautifully decorated, easy access from car to door. The lazy river, water slide and pool were a plus for our group. The washer & dryer was nice to wash beach towels & swimwear. The kitchen was stocked well enough but some pieces need to be restocked. Measuring spoons, blades for hand mixer. You will need to bring extra toilet paper, trash bags, dish washer dish soap, laundry detergent, bath soap. Salt & pepper and any spices there is nothing! Ceiling fan in living room needs repaired it makes a clicking noise. The patio door is shard to open.

Perfect location on a perfect beach

Condo has all everything you need for a great beach trip. The kids enjoyed the lazy river, indoor pool and water slide. Everyone enjoyed the beach!! Condo is within walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores.

Nice but needs some TLC

Upon arrival noticed that the glass on the kitchen table had a large crack in it that they taped. At the first meal it cracked all the way across and left sharp edges. They did come and remove it the next day. The bathrooms had some mold in the showers and the floor was not cleaned very well and the corners had sand in them. Also the toilets did not flush very well. I would recommend putting a large rug in the living room area to help soften the hard tile floor and allows a soft place for young children to play.

Christmas vacation

It was a very nice condo, it was a lot of extra cost to buy garbage bags and soaps . We would suggest to at the very least keep some of that in the premises we understand why you don’t keep spices or seasonings. Overall the place was very clean and area was very family friendly.

Fall Break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very good and comfortable. Only complaints were short a trash can, a blanket in the closet was dirty (but could have been from a previous stay and house keeping did not know it was in use), but everything was very good. We would come back here.

Great Location-Not Clean

The location of the condo is great! The balcony is spacious and love the access from the master bedroom. Several issues with cleanliness. Master bath toilet was not clean nor was the shower (mold/mildew around bottom of shower). One of the other bathrooms had some blood that my daughter had to clean off. Candy found on the floor in the living room. Need to update appliances. Oven took awhile to heat up and refrigerator drawer did not function properly.

The condo was very nice. Location and parking was convenient. Just a couple of house cleaning. Floors were dirty and the dish washer didn’t work at all. All to hand wash a lot of dishes:(

Orange beach condo

The condo was a great size, each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. Parking was great, it was on the same floor as the condo so it was easy to go places. Pool and beach were close so that was awesome. Only problem was the condo was not clean. My bed felt like it had sand in it so I ended up washing the sheets. One shower in the bathroom was dirty. The floors were filthy. We had three kids under the age of floor and after less than ten minutes of arrival their feet were black. My husband wore white socks because he forgot his slippers and I’m not sure even bleach will get them clean. Loved the condo but can’t stand being dirty!!!

The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We had 9 adults and 2 baby beds and everyone was comfortable and had their own space. Both guests bedrooms had 2 queen beds and both bedrooms had its own bathroom. The balcony was spacious and had plenty of seating. The furniture was nice and not worn looking or dirty with plenty of seating in the living room and dining room. I would recommend this unit for a family or a large group.
