Entire top floor master king suite opens to gorgeous private roof terrace with seating for 8 & huge bathroom with walk-in shower, double vanity & walk-in closets. TV is viewable from the roof terrace, perfect for game days!!

5 minutes to Nissan Stadium & Topgolf and less than 10 to the Nashville Sounds/Nashville SC at First Tennessee Park in Germantown.

Just over 10 minutes to Nashville airport and less than 15 to Opry Mills, Gaylord Opryland & The Grand Ole Opry.

Bedroom 2 comprises a king & a queen bed, TV, private bathroom & walk-in closet.
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, private bathroom & large closet.

The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar opens to a large dining set happily accommodating 8 seated guests.

Living room has queen sleeper sofa and plenty of seating for hangout space.

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay here. Very nice place. Two issues:-The first floor needs better heating -Using the dish washer made the sink backup.

Weekend trip to Nashville.

Perfect location for our weekend trip to Nashville. The house is in a quiet location and only a short trip to downtown Nashville by car. The house was welcoming and comfortable for our weekend stay. Very responsive communication with the property manager before and during our stay.

Amazing Location and Great Amenities!

This property was absolutely perfect for our Nashville stay. We were three couple traveling together and this home allowed us all to have our own little oasis while staying together. Each room has its own en-suite so it was like mini hotel rooms while having your own kitchen and living area. Super easy to communicate with owners. Book here!!

Great quiet location

We’re four seniors who travel together and we really appreciate this lovely space. There are 3 floors, with the master on the third, just to be aware of. We didn’t have an issue with the stairs but realize that some seniors might. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with several local eateries close, and many more just a few blocks away. Also, the drive to Broadway was quick and easy. We went downtown every day! Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We especially loved the ease of cleanup! Wish all VRBO’s were like this!

Nashville Visit

Great place for 4-6 people. Ubers run about $20-50 bucks to and from Broadway.

Nashvile Stay

Three couples enjoying Nashville without the hassels of a hotel. Large gathering space for meals, games and conversation, yet separate rooms and bathrooms for each couple. Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood not far from downtown. All the amenities of home.

Great Stay!

We rented this house for a friend vacation and it didn’t disappoint. It looked just like the pictures and was very nice. No real check in or check out process. You just show up and use your personalized code and leave before the designated time which made it really easy. No over the top rules on clean up, just common courtesy things. I would definitely recommend this house.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Nashville.

This is the perfect property to stay at while visiting Nashville. Literally a 5 minute drive to downtown and all of the festivities. Beautiful condo and very clean, it was perfect for our group celebrating a 50th birthday. Wish the kitchen was a little better stocked with utensils and a griddle, but all in all a great stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Wedding place

Everything was awesome, the stairs to the 3rd floor were a great workout! :) Just a few notes, the lights/fan in the shower in the Master Bath weren't working. All and all, we all had a great time and for most of us, this was our first visit to Nashville. loved it!!

This was just right for our group. We did a show at Music City Center and the location was perfect for navigating away from Broadway later in the week to enjoy more of different areas of Nashville. I would definitely recommend this house.

3 days in Nashville with friends

This house was perfect for our group with 3 rooms with their own bathrooms. Well stocked and clean. Could get everywhere we needed to go in 10-15 minutes by Uber.
