Clean condo. Lovely decor. Great amenities. We were disappointed that we were unable to use the beach gear we got because we were unable to set it up ourselves do to physical limitations

Beautiful place. Very clean inside and outside and very quiet. Loved having direct access to beach and ocean views from balcony. Will book again definitely.

Amazing View!

We had the best time staying at the Grand this year. The view was amazing and property was so nice and clean. Highly recommend booking a stay!

Wonderful place

The property was wonderful and clean, views amazing, and we were able to prepare Thanksgiving dinner with what was stocked in the kitchen. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Stay

This was a perfect stay for a girls trip. I went with my mom, my aunt and my 90 year old grandmother. The property was clean and well maintained. We had an amazing trip!

Girls weekend

Very nice property with great views from the balcony. Property is in a wonderful location that allowed us to walk to several restaurants and a short drive to many others.

Great Spring Break Trip

We have always stayed at the King and Prince when traveling to Saint Simons but needed space for more people this trip. This condo was perfect! The location was fantastic! Great beach access and the heated pool was a great addition since the weather was not cooperating. We look forward to renting this space again!

Enjoyed

Only hiccup was not getting the email containing the door access code. Location great, condo clean, comfy. Lots of parking.

Fall Break

Fantastic condo facing the ocean! Very comfortable and clean. Plenty of room for 6. The ocean is in view and less than a block away, and a lovely right below in a great courtyard. We would definitely return!

Lovely stay. Night we arrived a bit of a glitch with Elevator...resolved quickly the next morning. Non of the bathroom outlets at sink worked...tried to use with blowdryer...I tried each bathroom. Gale force winds were a bit much but the balcony was pleasant and seemed to sheild us from the wind. POOL/Hot tub lovely. We have booked for next yr. This was our third year and we have found the right place, but first time in 226. We have found our place!!!

Beautiful Condo

This condo was just as it looked in the advertisement, plus more! The location was perfect, with the ocean right at our balcony! Furnishing were lovely, everything we needed was provided. Also, a big thank you for all the board games and cards, we enjoyed playing those on the fabulous balcony while listening to the waves. One word describes our stay, FABULOUS!! Thank you!!!

Mother’s Day wekeend

The overall stay was great! Great location, great view, lots of food choices. The communication of between email/vrbo messaging and text messaging was a bit confusing as they send somethings through Email, you message the host but no answer, but call the property to find out the messages go to them.To also pay a cleaning fee to look under your bed to find a sock and open bag of gummiesShows that cleaning crew isn’t the best.
