This house was perfect for my bachelorette party. The pool and location was amazing. All of the beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were extremely spacious.

Great place for a big family!

Our family and children loved the house! Great location! Short (5 minute) walk to the beach, just a short 2 minute walk to downtown to local restaurants, shops and ice cream. The pool was the perfect size to hang out and let the kids play. Having a private pool at the house was a game changer with kids.

Great house!

Such a nice property! Very clean, spacious and comfortable! Great location- a quick walk to the beach, restaurants and shops- lots of room to spread out if you're with a crowd- we enjoyed our stay very much

Family Vacation

All aspects of this house were great. Location was excellent in regards to the beach, Center St bars and restaurants and quick off the island to get to the bigger grocery stores. Pool was perfect size for our family. Great stay

Folly Beach trip

A lovely beach house very close to the water and although it is near a lot of businesses and a couple of pubs - the house was insulated well and we slept very well. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room. Walking distance to everything !

Perfect property!’

This beautiful house was the most perfect setting for our trip to folly beach! So beautiful and so clean!! Management team was so helpful and nice .....our rep was Hannah and she is awesome!! We can’t wait to visit again and stay in this beautiful home!!

The property was in good condition. We really enjoyed the four en suite bed and bathrooms. The location is Soso. It sits right behind Folly‘s retail area. The beach is close. All in all it was was a good visit.

Overall, our vacation in Folly Beach was very good. The location was super convenient. Only a couple short blocks to the beach and less than a block to Center St where there is an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops to choose from. Although no fault of the home or management company, the city was having part of Center St repaved during our stay and they were using a lot further down East Eerie St for some of its staging so we saw a daily parade of construction vehicles going back and forth in front of the house, along with their noise. The only negative about the location is the view from the pool deck overlooks the back of some of the restaurants with their dumpsters and traffic.There were a few problems during our stay (the water dispenser on the refrigerator developed a slow drip, the ceiling fan control was missing for one of the bedrooms, and the pool was not sparkling clean on our arrival) but all issues were addressed and resolved quickly. The management company was very responsive and easy to work with before and during our stay.There are a couple minor improvements that could be made that would enhance the stay. Everything in the kitchen (dishware, glassware, pots, pans, etc.) are a mismatched hodgepodge and have seen better days. Updated replacements would be nice. Also, the location of the washer/dryer is just outside the 1st floor bedroom. The washer is very loud and prohibited using it if someone was trying to sleep.We would definitely go back.

Thought of Everything

The home is large, the decks are splendid for relaxing, the pool is clean and at the perfect temperature, the proximity to the beach was close enough to walk, and we cooked with great amenities inside and out with the BBQ.

Girls weekend

Great house, so clean. Beds were comfy, I do wish they provided extra blankets, but overall great time here. The pool was small but honestly perfect to take a dip and cool off. No complaints! Vicinity to restaurants and little shops was awesome, perfect location. I would recommend

One of the Best Stays Ever

We all arrived after two days of snow and ice to a wonderful experience. The home had more than enough space for the entire family. The bedrooms were equipped with televisions in every room with streaming capabilities and the beds were very comfortable. The host stayed in constant contact and was able to answer each and every question promptly. We highly recommend this home and the host.

Perfect location whether it’s with family or friends

Great location with a surf town vibe. walking distance to everything. Restaurants, coffee shop, public beach, small grocery store, shops and more. No. Need for a car if you are staying local. House was clean just as seen in photos beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and tvs in every bedroom. Definitely will plan my next family vacation there even though I went with a group of friends. .

Our family had a wonderful stay at this house. It was very spacious so everyone could find private space if they wanted it. It was also large enough to easily enjoy a family dinner or game time. Having the small pool right there was fantastic and being fenced in with 2 year olds was a relief.The kitchen was great and was well stocked with cooking equipment. We didn't need to buy anything to supplement. The bedrooms were lovely with very comfortable beds. We found the 2 bath tubs very slippery.Some felt there was a smell in the house. I did not smell it but it was felt it was from the restaurant's garbage next to us. Candles seemed to fix the issue.The location was perfect and parking was no problem. You could walk to the beach, pier, shops and restaurants. That said, the house is right in the middle of everything. I and others loved the ambiance of that while a couple others felt it was too busy. The live music from a restaurant one night was too loud for some while others enjoyed the free concert! It was the week of July 4th so it was louder & busier than normal. BONUS: The fireworks could easily be seen from the pool deck! Yay!!! The following Monday found the area much quieter.

Great FRAMILY Vacation

In short - the location was just perfect, we could walk to everything. Plenty of parking space for 3 cars and a golf cart comfortably. The house has a perfect layout so you're not on top of each other. Having the pool on the main level was perfection - we've rented other homes that you had to walk down a sizeable flight of stairs to get to the pool area, and this was such a great perk! Kept everyone all together when it was time to socialize! Highly recommend, the concierge was amazing to deal with. Will definitely book here again.

Really fun location

The house is darling. Loved the location being downtown; close to everything. Bedrooms huge. Awesome bathrooms. Great beds. Kitchen stocked nicely. Great alley straight to the beach in literally minutes. Probably the only thing I didn't love was the alley behind the pool that got some foot traffic at night. And the trash trucks are loud in the morning with all the beer cans from the bar next door.

Our family stay at Retreats on Hudson – Driftwood this past weekend was perfect! We chose this Folly Beach property for its floor plans, price, and convenient location near restaurants. From the initial communication from the Luxury Simplified team through the check-out, we were able to comfortably relax in this well-appointed house. The location was amazing—just steps away from the beach and close to all the best local restaurants. The accommodation was first-rate, clean, and thoughtfully outfitted for comfort, privacy, and family. The amenities exceeded our expectations from an initial coffee stock to the well-equipped kitchen and the relaxing outdoor spaces. There was plenty of room indoors and outdoors for our group to gather, play card and board games, and enjoying meals and happy-hour together after a day on the run. We could not have asked for a better place to enjoy Folly Beach as a family, and we look forward to coming back. I highly recommend Retreats on Hudson – Driftwood property and the team from Luxury Simplified Retreats.

Close to everything

Pool was a great addition. Close to dt and beach. If you want the pool heated you have to ask. There were only 6 forks and no tea kettle. So we bought one and left it. And we saw a few cockroaches. But that the south.
