Beautiful Home in a gorgeous location

My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely. Michelle is a wonderful host! Our family loved the location and averaged about 7 miles of walking each day to really experience the area. At the end of the day, we enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop deck and playing shuffleboard. It was the perfect getaway for our family.

Wonderful location

The home was clean, spacious and in a great location. Having a personal garage was a bonus as parking in the area is limited. We cannot recommend this home enough!

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful stay. The property had literally everything you need. All the kitchen items, family games, anything and everything you would need for the beach, great location. The house was clean, the property manager was very kind and receptive. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Great Place / Good management

As advertised this is a great place to stay. The pictures don't do it justice it's even more spacious than I imagined. Had a little hiccup with check-in but the management team dealt with it. Would highly recommend.

Family Vacation

Shelly made the whole process so easy. Such a Beautiful house, Every inch of the house was so clean. Shelly had everything you would ever want for the beach. We had the best week here. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Great house

This is a really nice place, honestly the pics dont do it justice. We had 8 people and we did not feel cramped at all. Double garage is huge for us Arizonans that drive out there. Living room is aweseome. master Suite and bathroom are incredible. Would definitely stay again.

Great find! The posting does not do this properly justice!

We stayed for about week with two families that each had two boys. The property was clean, spacious, and well stocked. We loved having access to all the beach supplies - chairs, boogie boards, bikes, etc. The house is so close to the beach and the ferry to Balboa Island. The host was so warm and friendly and made sure everything was okay. We loved the seating area on the side with the fire and the rooftop space with an ocean view. We are already planning our next trip there!

PERFECT!

The house is impeccable and very, very comfortable! The pictures really undersell it. It is bright and very roomy. The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is huge. The bathrooms are as well. The living room is large with plenty of seating on the large couch. The rooftop deck is awesome! The garage is huge. It’s completely stocked with beach gear (towels, bikes, boogie boards, frisbees, etc). It is a 10 second walk to the sand and right in the middle of everything (very walkable). You can walk to both piers easily. I really can’t say enough. And to top it all off the host/owner was absolutely a pleasure to communicate with (the check in process was super easy). The host/owner definitely made sure we were taken care of. Thank you again for everything! This is a property that we will 100% hope to rent again!

Excellent vacation rental

As others have said, the pictures do not do this home justice. This is a beautiful, luxury home with spacious bedrooms upstairs and a great rooftop deck with views of the ocean. Walkable distance to restaurants, shops, beach, balboa island and the fun zone. The home is equipped with everything you need, off street parking in the garage so you don’t have to worry about finding a space. The owner was very easy to get ahold of and provided assistance with anything we needed. Truly an amazing experience.

Balboa Peninsula Rental

This is my third year in a row spending Christmas on the beach. This was the best rental by far. Clean, plenty of room, great location, well stocked, very comfortable.

Best Place Ever!!!

Our family absolutely loved this beautiful home. Michelle provided everything we needed. The location is so close to the beach..the home is big, clean, roomy, fire pit, garage, bikes, comfy bedding, beach chairs, beach games, huge bathroom, awesome shower, everything! Michelle responded to everything!! We will be back next year!!

Best VRBO Ever!

We will definitely be rebooking this property again before the end of the year. We had a blast. The house was full of amenities and SUPER CLEAN! We were walking distance from the beach and the Balboa Pier. We loved the house.

Great location & house but.....

Pictures are very accurate with exception of side patio sitting area. This area is Very worn. We did not use it. Kitchen is lacking of & having old pots & pans & missing glasses. While the home is clean, we questioned the thoroughness of cleanliness. We had to move a section of the sofa to get a toy & it was very dirty with debris & dirt. Vacuumed out myself. Communication with check in/out & Wi Fi lacked as well. We had to ask about each one. TV's were challenging but host was great about getting us through it. Would recommend a Welcome Sheet with general information on it for guests.

Hidden Gem!

The listing does not show just how great this property is! Plenty of room, great outdoor spaces, well appointed with everything needed, and fun entertainment from a shuffleboard table to everything you could want for a day at the beach. Plus, it was such a great location being right outside the Fun Zone and just off the beach. We loved it! Hosts were very responsive and we would definitely recommend!

Great location

Our party of 5 enjoyed our stay on this property. We fit comfortably with plenty of space. The beach was a short walk, doughnuts at Seaside Bakery, lunch at Rockin Baja Lobster, riding the bikes were our favorite. If we were to come back to Newport, we would love to stay again. If there is a con with this property, it would be the beds are not that comfortable. Investing in a mattress topper to make them more comfortable would make it perfect. I still give this property 5 stars for providing everything you need for a beach vacation. Thank you for letting us enjoy your property. It is beautiful.

Great house in a great location!

Our family had a great stay. The house was perfect. We especially loved all the areas to hang out - lower level fire pit area, front BBQ area and rooftop deck. The location can't be beat - steps to the sand and a very short walk to Balboa Island ferry and fun zone. The house has beach toys/necessities (chairs, towels, boogie boards) and even beach cruisers. One of my favorite highlights was riding those in the early mornings along the beach when the path was less crowded. Highly recommend and hope to come back soon!! Thank you Shelly!

Great Experience

This was a great stay. Michelle was very responsive to all my questions prior to and during our stay. House was in a great location and the garage was a definite plus. Although we didn't use them, there were a few beach umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards and plenty of beach towels and quite a few bikes. I brought my own laundry detergent but Michelle had some available ( I just used mine anyway) and had extra paper towels, plenty of dish towels, extra toilet paper, etc. I'm used to staying at time shares where these items are limited so I brought my own, but it was nice to see that next time I won't have to. Overall a great stay and experience. Would definitely stay at the property again.

Best vacation ever

This house is amazing. Clean. Up to date and has everything you need. Near fun zone and balboa pier. Owner is awesome. They have bikes. Beach gear and so much more. The beds are conformable. Linens provided. Plenty of room to relax and be spread out throughout the house. Would love to rent it again.

Fantastic Family Home

We would definitely rent here again. This is the perfect house for our family of 5 and a few friends for the kids. The house is right on the middle of everything and has anything available to make your beach stay fun and easy. We entertained multiple nights with other friends that were staying in Newport to escape the heat in AZ. The home is beautiful as someone else reviewed the pictures just don’t do it justice. Perfect for family!

My family from Chicago wanted a beach house vacation and man did they get it! The pictures don’t do this place justice. We had an amazing time. The house was clean and a few steps away from the beach. Check in and check out was easy. There are plenty of beds and lots of room. We enjoyed the fire pit and the rooftop as well. Would love to come stay again some time!
