The Loft was exactly as described. Clean, convenient and close to everything in town.Setting on the balcony and listening to river rush by was very relaxing. Great place and highly recommend.

Amazing location in downtown Estes Park. Easily walkable to everything the area has to offer. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Parking was easy in the nearby lot. Would absolutely stay again if in the area.

This was a wonderful place to stay! It was very clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed walking downtown to restaurants and shopping and sitting by the river. Parking was very easy to get in and out, when we were headed to Rocky Mountain National Park. Stacy, our host was very easy to work with. She answered our questions and was very quick to get back to us. We will stay here on another Estes Park adventure!

It is a beautiful property and it’s in an amazing location. Nearby are all types of shopping and restaurants. The unit was furnished with absolutely everything that a traveler might need ie: shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee and a fully stocked kitchen. We will definitely be back. Balcony with riverwalk underneath was a wonderful bonus.

Love the place, the location, open loft layout, the included parking, and ever-babbling brook below the patio. Was our base camp for 4 days of RMNP exploration, golf, and downtown sightseeing. A short walk or 3 minute drive to everything including restaurants, a Safeway & the Stanley Hotel. Stacey is quick to respond to questions. Will not hesitate to return.

Pictures don’t do it justice. Great for a family of 4. Fully equipped. The host has thought of everything! Safe, quiet, centrally located and very comfortable. Cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in. Would certainly book again. The river-facing patio is very soothing.

This is the perfect place to stay for a wonderful trip to Estes Park! You can walk to everything and parking was very easy. It’s clean and spacious and just so beautiful! Be sure to sit on the outside deck and listen to the river right below! Recommended!!

Very clean, great location and host. Parking was a little difficult upon check in (Saturday afternoon). It took us about 20 minutes to find a spot. Later that evening, spots opened up and we were able to park next to the unit. On Sunday, we had no issues.

Great location. Very helpful to have the parking pass. Enjoyed sitting on the deck with the River rushing by. Only complaint would be the skylight directly above the bed. It didn’t really matter to us since we were up early for hiking but it might be a problem for those that want to sleep in late.

Great location, great place. We enjoyed RMNP during the day and relaxing in town afterwards. This is a great location to just relax and be close to all things Estes!
