Enjoy living with traditional decor, catherdral ceiling, sunroom and deck, spacious comfortable bedrooms, with a layout that gives maximum privacy. Well equiped eat in kitchen, dining area, sunroom and spacious living area. Deck opens onto pool in large private backyard. Pool open from week before Memorial day to 2 weeks after Labor Day.
Spacious and peaceful bedrooms, layout perfect for 2 or 3 couples. AC throughout house, heated pool and large back yard space. Perfect for 2 couples with children to share and entertain. Enjoy the evening sunset while dining on deck. Easy access from NYC, only 60 miles.

Loved it!

We rented Sharon's house for 2 weeks in August, and we had a great time. We have 3 kids under the age of 3 and the layout worked really well, as it would if you had older children as well. The house is very well appointed; the kitchen has everything you could possibly need and Sharon made sure there were plenty of beach towels. The pool was a real highlight, for days when we decided that we did not want to head to the beach. The 4 bikes are all in excellent condition. We will definitely be back!

Amazing weekend!

My friends and I absolutely loved this house! It was perfect for 5 couples for 2 two nights. It had such a wonderful home feel to it. Neighborhood was very quiet and perfect for a morning run or bike ride. I can't recommend this house enough, just book it!

Perfect for 4 couples or 2 families

The house is much better in person than the pictures suggest. The bathrooms, not shown in the listing, are all nice, and each couple was able to have our own bathroom with shower. The pool area is very relaxing, the indoor gathering areas are comfortable and appealing and the kitchen is functional and well stocked with basics. The location is very convenient to town and the beach. We wish we had more time than just a brief weekend.

Beautiful house, wonderful location!

We had such a great stay at this property! The house is wonderful - clean, spacious, airy, and light. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the living space is very homey and comfortable. The pool and backyard are perfect for lounging. Location is perfect - convenient to the beach and town. The hosts are also very easy to get in touch with in case you need to reach them. 10/10!
