Welcome to Cochran’s Corner, our cozy family-owned cottage in Kill Devil Hills! Located directly across the street from a beach access, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage comfortably accommodates 7–8 adults, making it a great option for families or groups traveling together.

Enjoy the coastal scenery from the large wraparound deck, multiple outdoor seating areas, and crow’s nest deck with panoramic views. The queen bedroom also features a recently renovated private balcony, providing a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening sunset.

With the beach just across the street, you can easily come and go without worrying about beach parking. After a day in the sun and sand, you also have the convenience of rinsing off in the large enclosed outdoor shower, which includes a changing area.
