This one bedroom, bunk room, and two full bath is newly remodeled. 1047 square feet unit. Bedroom has king bed with new mattress and sofa has pull out with new mattress. Fully stocked kitchen. Balcony overlooks the lake and guests may enjoy the nightly Vegas style light show from inside the condo or the balcony. The bedroom window has peek a boo view of the Gulf. Property has a beautiful boardwalk on lakeside with comfortable seating for relaxing, several great restaurants, candy and ice cream shops, and retail. Easy walk to Wal Mart and many restaurants. Pineapple Willies just across the street. Has a dedicated and secured walkway to the beach. Five pools and two hot tubs, poolside bar with snacks, amazing two story fitness center, putting green.

I love Laketown Wharf because there are so many amenities to offer and the location is perfect. This the "happening, exciting, fun filled" vacation property. There are great restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream shop all on the property, and the best pool bar with the best bartender on the beach!! Live entertainment on the boardwalk you can enjoy from the balcony. 5 pools to enjoy, we have a quiet one and several fun ones. The nightly light show is a MUST SEE. You really would never need to leave the resort to have a great stay!

First floor (second level) condo with NO ELEVATOR wait if you don't mind one flight of steps. So much to do right on the property. Great balcony with great view of boardwalk activities, and lake.
