Patio Sisters is an urban chic compound, offering four guest quarters within walking distance of Fredericksburg's Main Street attractions. Each of the four suites is named for one of the "sisters," and each offers the comforts of home plus the added bonus of a fantastic location in the heart of Fredericksburg's historic district. While each suite of Patio Sisters makes for the perfect private get-away, you can also rent all four making it an ideal setting for small groups of up to 8. Enjoy your privacy but with the added advantage of close proximity to your traveling companions.
In any of the Patio Sisters suites you will enjoy a spacious open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a ceiling fan above a comfortable king size bed. You will also appreciate the 42" TV with cable selections along with complimentary wireless internet. Each suite also includes a mini-bar perfect for making a cup of coffee in the morning. Your oversized bathroom includes a chic galvanized metal shower with rainwater head above.
All of the Patio Sisters also offer that most popular romantic amenity...the private hot tub plus an outdoor wood-burning fireplace (wood provided). If you are looking for great amenities, sleek and simple design and a great location close to all that Fredericksburg has to offer, then you're sure to enjoy Patio Sisters in the Hill Country, Texas!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Great location close to Main Street, quiet area, very cozy. Perfect for couples. We appreciated coffee available in room and comfy bedding. Only improvement I would make is better water, pressure and changing out showerhead to something with removable handle . Overall great stay!!

Don’t recommend due to major plumbing issues the entire stay of trip. Water had zero pressure that was at trickle speed. Zero privacy on back porch as peeping toms present. Shower has terrible pebble flooring which is very uncomfortable.

The only issues we had were a very noisy ceiling fan and the shower head wasn’t great. The bed was comfortable, we had a hot tub problem that was fixed very quickly, it was a nice, private, quiet area to stay in, the room was clean and had the exact amenities we needed, including a wine cork. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Quiet and comfy

Comfortable stay. We Enjoyed being close to Main Street and restaurants and shopping. The hot tub and outdoor fireplace was an added plus.

Nice and cozy

Perfect little place for a short get away. Close enough we were able to walk to main st but secluded enough to relax in the hot tub in the evenings.

Quiet and Relaxing

We stayed for two week nights and really enjoyed the space. The hot tub was turned on prior to our arrival and was hot by night 1. Centrally located to Main street so we were able to walk around town easily. Will definitely be staying again.
