- Guest Access to the entire resort No need to wait for check-in. During Peak Season March, May-September you should expect longer than normal wait times for the elevators. Walk straight to the unit from the parking garage to avoid waiting at the elevator you can park your car on the 3rd floor of NORTH Garage our South Garage is on the 3rd floor of South Garage (The south side is closest to our unit also this garage had its Elevator and its usually not Bussi), and walk only a few flights of stairs to the unit after you return from the beach!
We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm.

has all new necessary accessories (Coffeemaker, Blender ), cookware, and appliances to accommodate 6 people. There is a large stand-alone island bar table with 4 bar stools.

with a lake view, you can watch a nightly light fountain show exclusive to the LTW.

Our cleaning team is trying their best to satisfy you fully. We do not provide refunds or concessions. Please report any maintenance or cleaning issues immediately ( first 30 minutes of your arrival time) and we'll try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
From time to time, maintenance and enhancements to our beautiful resort may temporarily close an amenity or cause noise. This is out of the Owner's control, and there will be no refunds.
We will charge a fine of $500 and evict if caught smoking in the unit. If a smoke odor is left behind, we will charge as well. (you can smoke on the balcony with A closed Door)
