3 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 Bathrooms. 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin Beds. 3 TV's, DVD, wireless internet, wood burning fireplace, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, charcoal BBQ, deck, double garage, fenced in backyard. This very comfortable home has blue water ocean view from the deck. Nicely furnished and quiet. At the top of Park Hill, just a short walk to the upper ranch trail and only 1/2 mile to Shamel Park and the ocean. This is a split level home. The upstairs is the main part of the house including the master bedroom and bathroom. The living room, dining area and kitchen are upstairs as well as a half bathroom. The downstairs consists of the two other bedrooms and a separate tv room.

Beautiful Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's a beautiful house & very quiet neighborhood. It's close to grocery stores, Moonstone Beach & plenty of dining options. My only advice to future guests will be to be careful & alert driving down on Lancaster, there's no stops signs on crossing streets.

Great place to walk in close vicinity to the Fiscalini ranch trails. Be prepared for a good workout on the steep hill to get from the Bluff trail back to the house.

The house has no candles, flashlights, or other devices that one can use to help see. We had our phones as the only light source. Candles would have been nice. Power outages are pretty common in Santa Barbara and I would assume in Cambria as well.

Love its location, not on a busy street, close to the Ranch for walking, and close enough to the beach to hear the surf when it is large. As usual the house was clean and Heidi and Janet provided excellent service. Again enjoyed the Sea Chest.

beautiful home in a magical location

I can hardly wait to return. The area is a place to decompress and appreciate. With the Fascilini Ranch so close, one can lose themselves in nature. The home is as listed and we were very comfortable in the home. It was difficult to leave. As a matter of fact, I am already planning a return trip. Cambria Vacation Rentals was easy to work with and Heidi made the experience personal and welcoming. I highly recommend using Cambria Vacation Rental, no matter which home you choose. However, this one was great! Thank you Heidi

Enjoyable Time

Great stay with friends!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 3 of us and a little dog and we had a marvelous time. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for any cooking we did. Only suggestion would be to have a few more big mugs for coffee and some clear stemmed glasses for wine. But none of that took away from our enjoyment. Ate in for most dinners, but had a wonderful meal at The Black Cat in Cambria. The house is located about 30-45 minutes from most wineries in the Paso area so you can have a great day there tasting. The Firestone Taproom and Etto Pasta were wonderful stops for lunch. Altogether a fantastic stay!

Located near Fiscalini Ranch, we loved the views walking along the neighborhood and seeing diverse wildlife- including turkeys!!! XoxoMy husband and I had an extended weekend getaway and loved staying in this home! A spacious kitchen, huge bathtub in the master room in the garage for parking! We will be back to this home! Next time we would love to bring our grown children as the house was so spacious. The proximity to the ocean was relaxing to listen to at night. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Reviewer Comments: We will definitely consider staying here again, the house was very clean and comfortable, exactly as described online in the perfect location for walking down the (steep) hill to the beach and going for a quick drive into town. Bonus was being able to park in the garage since it was raining while we were there. Lots of nice little touches such as flashlights next to every bed. Nice to have two coffee machines available but we couldn't find any coffee in the cabinets (perhaps previous renters used it up and it just hadn't been replaced?). One funny quirk is the master bathroom window setup -- one might not want to take a shower or a bath at nighttime as the neighbor's can see your outline with the lights behind you. But overall a wonderful rental and would definitely come back!
