Nice accommodation

Great layout and very handy townhouse to stay in Moab for a week. Garage was great to store bikes overnight.

Great location and easy access

Property was great and suited are needs. Having a small garage space helped us organize and get ready for our bikepacking trip in Moab.

Great visit to Moab

Listing accurately reflects the property. Great value for the location. TV in the living room sound didn't work. Other than that, no surprises.

Great home base for hiking Moab

We were in Moab to hike the parks, 4 adults, and found the condo a good comfortable fit for our needs. We cooked a couple meals, and made lunches for the trails. Groceries are nearby and it was a quiet location to return to. Had a great Mexican meal in Moab, but unfortunately didn’t have a lot of time to spend there. Arches is very close, and Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point not very far at all. We would definitely recommend, and would stay again.

Good place for family in Moab

Nice and quiet condo. Very comfortable, clean. A few minutes away from the center of town. Provided what we needed for four adults 2 bed/2 bath, plus laundry. It is a two story with stairs. Helpful tip on great drive thru coffee!

Perfect Weather in Moab, so Green!

Had a great time off roading on Saturday and doing the LaSal Loop on Sunday. Of course, we visited the bookstore twice and several others shops. Loved the new Food Truck area! The condo was perfect for the three of us.

Quiet location, great dark sky views

Clean, pleasant, plenty of room for us. Loved the quiet, though that may differ on a weekend. Delightful SW decor, comfy bed, LR sofa & chair. Would suggest a reading light or two in LR. Throw rugs are nice but can be a tripping hazard. Would stay again

Great place to stay

Everything was clean and tidy. The pictures were very accurate (note the queen bed is pictured twice, but it is the same room). Location is a little outside of town, but close enough if you have transportation. The garage is small, but will fit a standard SUV with some finesse. We did not need to reach out to the host aside from checking in early which she allowed.

Riding trails in Moab

The condo is nice, great location and pretty well stocked. Only issue is that the living room TV had issues. The housekeeper was great and came and tried to fix it and replaced with another TV that didn’t work either, per noted in the check in book it has had a problem for a while. It needs to be repaired properly. Other than that which is minor everything was great

Perfect October Weekend

It was a busy weekend and Moab and I typically like to stay in town. Moab has grown, so we decided to try out the Spanish Valley. So glad we did. This 2 bedroom is in a small complex of similar units about 4-5 miles south of town center. Quiet and since we had a full kitchen, no need to brave the crowds in town. The City Market was easy to get to as it is south too. Just as easy to get to the north mountain bike trials and Slick Rock is close by. We road biked the La Sal Loop right from the unit. Loved having the garage to stow all of our bike gear instead of wheeling inside. Perfect late fall weekend!

Condo Super Clean and Well-stocked

Kimm was great to work with, from booking to answering questions we had during our stay. Her response time was almost immediate! The condo, with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, plus a kitchen stocked with utensils, coffee, coffee filters, sugar, powdered creamer, salt and pepper, oil, etc was perfect for our stay and for making and storing most of our meals. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms but each bedroom had a desk fan. There was body wash, shampoo and conditioner plus hand/body lotion in each bathroom. Each bedroom has its own TV and of course, there is one in the living room. The location, about 4 miles south of town, provided easy access to Arches NP (about 15 - 20 minutes to entrance) and to Canyonlands NP (Islands in the Sky area) plus Dead Horse State Park. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Nice Place

Overall impression was good. However, We got into town a little early, I tried to message the host to see about early check-in which we had previously discussed and did not hear anything back. So we left and returned at 3:00 which is check-in time, The cleaning lady was there and said that the place wasn't going to be ready until 4:30. I tried messaging the host to confirm and she still didn't respond. Keep in mind this was 2 hours after we had gotten into town. The cleaning lady said she had sent a message telling us that the prior tenants had a late checkout which we did not receive and after looking at her phone she realized it didn't send. That didn't stop her from having an attitude about us being there and being upset about not checking in. She was very rude texting me, but she did a good job cleaning. She just had a bad attitude. The place was nice and clean once we finally got checked in. I didn't hear back from the host until around 6:00 that evening. Telling me she had been out of town and "hoping everything went okay with check-in." The place itself was nice, it was clean, the pool was nice, we used the grill, everything was really good. Just the check-in process was kind of a nightmare with no response from the host and a bad attitude from the one person we actually were able to talk to.

Very clean and well-appointed unit that was easy to access. Having a well-supplied kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of space to stretch out and relax is a plus, particularly after a busy day exploring all that the area has to offer.The neighborhood was quiet and just a short drive away from Arches National Park and the town of Moab which offers some great restaurants and shops.Indeed, a very comfortable stay!

Our Moab Haven

I highly recommend a stay in this comfortable, beautifully decorated home in Moab. We had everything we needed here and enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable and the living space is pleasant.

Golf outing

We just loved the condo. It was clean and if we had any questions the owner was always available and quick to answer. It was close to the golf course so we didn't have to drive very far but then close to any restaurants that we wanted to go to. If available, we will always come back to this condo.

Great stay and communication

We had a great 3 night stay - a comfortable base for our visits to Arches and Canyonlands. Kimmi graciously allowed us a late checkout - which allowed us to enjoy hiking to Delicate Arch before we left. Kids loved the pool after a long day at the parks. Thanks for everything!
