We loved this property - the kitchen was well stocked for making meals. Bathrooms were nicely appointed with toiletries.Host thinks of everything! Highly recommend this for visiting the nearby national parks!

The townhouse was perfect for our family of 3 to Moab!! Very clean and well taken care of property. The host had great communication throughout and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We would most definitely stay here again!

The place is very spacious and it’s great to have two full baths. The patio is a nice place to hang out if it’s cool enough. Definitely recommend.

This was an excellent place to stay. Clean, new, everything we needed in the kitchen and throughout. Laundry facility is in the apartment and very new. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

The house was perfect for our family needs as it had a nicely equipped kitchen, each room had their own private bathroom, laundry right outside the rooms was great to have, and the living room was spacious with seating. The beds were comfy and tvs in each room was ideal. The check out list isn’t inundating after paying cleaning fees after either. The grill out back was perfect for us cooking after a long day. The small eh things were finding the unit in the dark with little to no lighting as it’s tucked in the back away from the parking lot. Parking lot numbers weren’t the easiest to read and we didn’t realize they were assigned until after we started unloading after a long travel day. A small listing or check-in addition adding these things would be easy to remedy. Highway noise is moderate, but we were exhausted anyways. Construction near the courts out back started early. And as someone else said, the hvac is super loud too. Maybe this can help someone manage expectations and plan. Oh and WiFi was spot on.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very well appointed. We had everything we needed. The outdoor space was comfortable (once we moved some furniture into the afternoon shade). My only complaint - and this is not the fault of the host - is that the air compressor for the A/C is very loud and you can hear some traffic noise in the bedroom closest to the highway. Not a deal breaker since all of Moab seems to be very noisy in general. We would stay here again. Thanks!

Will stay again if in Moab

Amazing place with a heated shared pool. Very clean and homey. Perfect location for our plan to go to Arches and Canyonlands National Park.

Great Moab Stay

Well appointed, great and friendly communication. Location is close to town but not too close...but if you're sensitive to road noise, it's fairly close to the highway and the trucks are loud. We would stay again and highly recommend.

We loved the property. Clean and spacious. Well appointed and the pool was lovely. Just a few minutes drive into downtown and very close to the Arches and The Island in the Sky.

This a wonderful townhouse in Moab with everything you need. The views were amazing !! The kitchen was stocked with dishes and pans needed for breakfast, the outside grill was ready to go for dinner. The downstairs living and dining room had plenty of space to relax and plan the next adventure. The bedrooms had super comfy king beds with adjoining bathrooms. And the laundry closet was so convenient. A clean and comfortable place rest after adventuring !!

Great Moab retreat

Brand new town house. We’ve seldom stayed in a rental that was so well stocked. It had everything we could possibly need. Great rental for 2 couples, as it had 2 master suites.
