This beachfront condo is located in a popular complex with a prime location, offering the perfect setting for your trip to the Gulf Coast. This tasteful rental offers a well-equipped kitchen, open layout, and a private balcony equipped with a couple of chairs that will let you enjoy breathtaking Gulf views. The resort offers shared swimming pools, a poolside tropical bar, and a well-equipped on-site fitness center for your convenience.

Use the direct beach access for access to beach volleyball, jet ski rentals, parasailing, shelling, and endless fun in the Florida sun. Just next door to the resort, you will find Russell-Fields Pier, just the place to catch your dinner or see what the local fisherman are reeling in. Here you will be only steps away from Pier Park, home to some of the area's best options for shopping, dining, and entertainment such as Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, The Grand Theater, Dave & Busters, and much more!

Very disappointed,,,,spent half the day trying to get situated with the parking.(code didnt work)out of 3 elevators only one worked!(very slow)had to wait at least 10 to 20 min every time we needed to leave.Room was okay,needed to be upgraded and not much hot water..

Could be better — pros and cons

PROS: perfect view, great location, the pier and Pier Park are within walking distance; the beach service team are great; showers have good water pressure; bed is comfortable; early check-in was offered but not expected so didn’t arrive early to take advantage of it. Kitchen items were sufficient. CONS: Needs a deep cleaning; mildew on the shower curtain liner, mold around the shower door and corner of shower; ironing board cover has rust stains and mildew on it; floors all need to be deep cleaned; could not walk on barefoot due to sand buildup sticking to feet; elevator wait was long at times; garage needs exit signage; balcony needs to be deep cleaned; pool deck space is very limited and is the main reason I won’t be back. If your plan is to be on the beach, it’s fine but if you enjoy being by the pool, it’s near impossible to get any chairs. We had to pay to rent the beach chairs just to have somewhere to be out in the sun. The day before checkout, we were in our room getting ready and someone came into the condo unannounced shouting ‘hello, hello”. It was a Vacasa rep (had the logo on her shirt). Apparently thought the condo was unoccupied. I told her we were not scheduled to checkout until the following day. About 15 minutes later, a 2 person cleaning crew came walking in also without knocking. Those two barge-ins could have been very awkward and almost were. I called the vacasa # to report it and the female who answered did not seem to be bothered by it. As far as the cleaning suggestions, I realize that a response to this is going to be that we should have called but no one wants strangers in their condo when they’re not there and no one wants to sit around and wait while on vacation. I’m leaving these suggestions to help the owners know the current conditions to be able to fix them and so the next renters know what was reported so they’ll know what was and/or could have been corrected.

Very nice room! Resort was kept very clean!

Resort and room were clean and well kept. Parking deck is compact, would be difficult for larger vehicles during busy season. Also, little frustrating trying to get parking barcode to scan. Location of resort is perfect for walking to Pier Park. Very small beach for such a large resort, very crowded.

The room is beautiful with a beautiful view!! The staff is great! Only thing is the elevator access especially at check in time. Only 2 small elevators to reach the room. The long hot lines to even get on the elevator is nothing to be desired tho.

Very nice condominium

The condominium was very nice. Beach chairs were not included however the owners had 2 folding chairs, an umbrella and some beach toys for use. A note to Calypso facility: The lines in the parking deck need to be repainted, very hard to see.

We had a great experience! Company was great to deal with. Location was great because you could easily use the stairs when the elevators were backed up. My comments/suggestions would be… there was no spatula or oven mitt in the kitchen, and also the dryer took forever to get clothes dry. Overall, it was great!
