Real Escapes Properties is proud to introduce you to one of the nicest units available at the Beach Club on St. Simons - Unit #307. Everything in this beautiful two bedroom, two bath ocean front condominium has been renovated and updated!

This residence features a fully equipped and renovated kitchen, private balcony with ocean views, and combined living and dining area. The dining room seats six comfortably and there are two additional bar seats at the counter. The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen tv and a gorgeous en-suite bath with separate walk-in shower and garden tub. The guest room has a queen size bed, flat screen tv and shares access to the balcony with the master bedroom. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Your balcony views are facing the North Breakers complex on the left side of the Beach Club.

The Beach Club is the largest oceanfront complex on the island and known as a well-established gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds and loads of amenities. This long time destination favorite for families and couples caters to a lifestyle of comfort, convenience and leisure. Amenities include a large swimming pool, children's pool, two hot tubs, a tennis court, fitness center and business center with internet access.

While you are there, pick up some brochures featuring the bike/walking trails on the island or where to hunt for the Island Tree Spirits. Hungry? Some of the Island’s best restaurants are in walking distance.

Parking is available for two vehicles under the condominium complex. Elevators are accessible in many different locations.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• No pets are allowed in this unit.
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles. (Parking passes will be provided for each unit.) ****
• Oceanfront Beach Access, 1.5 miles to Pier Village
**** NOTE: During Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and GA/FL - only ONE parking pass is provided.

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towel and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Great unit in a nice property for families

Recently updated unit that was perfect for a family of 5, including a 1 and 3 year old. Everything was as advertised. Very quick access to the pool and not much further to the beach even with young children. Check in and check out process is seamless, we had a very good experience on this trip.

Power outage

Early sat am. 7/22. Power went out at 2 am. Ac and master bedroom. All kitchen appliances - beeping !! . Came back on at 6 am. Was 76 degrees by then with NO fans Washing machine and dryer should be on website as small apartment size. Could only fit 2 towels at a time.

Nice place!

The property was nice and in a location convenient to most attractions. The kitchen was well equipped. The only thing i would change is a real coffee maker (not keurig) and the pillows on the king were unbearably hard and large. Small issues, nice unit!

Girls Trip

Enjoyed 4 days of fun with a small group of GF's. The location is great. One hot tub jets didn't work, but I informed the property manager - left before checking to see if fixed.

Wish the tidal pool area before beach was cleaned up or easier to access the ocean. Took sandals off to walk and step on a picker weed type thing. Better path would be great! Place was clean, door needs updating. Service of new appliances was nice but they left a bit of a mess.

Unit was very clean and well stocked.

Furnished nicely. The master bedroom was spacious and so was the bathroom. However, the water had an iron smell and taste. The king bed had a 3-4 inch topper that was pretty soft. The mattress should probably be replaced for a comfortable bed. Also, no extra pillows to select for sleeping. Luckily, we brought our own. The king pillows were huge and not good. Overall, we enjoyed the unit. A bit tricky figuring out how to use the TV remotes and on the last morning, the family room TV wouldn't turn on. The building was very quiet and the community pool was lovely and walking ditance to the beach.

The condo is decorated nicely and our view was from the side of the condo & we had a pretty view of the beach. Very quite since we weren’t by the pool & hot tub area. When you arrive at the condo park on the left side, this will make your entrance easier. It was located close to downtown which has a lot of great dining, shopping, the pier & lighthouse. We visited many areas that were within an hour to a little longer. Jekyll Island, Savanna, Jacksonville etc.. I would highly recommend your stay. The beach is huge with plenty of chair and bike rentals plus boating activities. The water was clear but wasn’t a blue or green color due to the location of the island. We truly enjoyed our visit.

Ol reliable

My family and I love the beach club. It’s the easiest place to stay with young children. This unit was particularly nice (we have stayed in several different units over the years). This unit was well fitted with everything we needed. Comfortable beds to boot! I believe my husband said this was the most comfortable bed he has ever slept in besides our own. Highly recommend.

Perfect for our family of 3. Very comfortable, we all commented that it was the most relaxing vacation we’ve had in a while. The condo has everything you need. Clean, well supplied and comfortable beds. Plus beachfront!!! We will be back!

Updated property on beach

A wonderful stay at this well appointed beach condo! My daughter enjoyed her sunrise view every morning from her bedroom and my husband and I slept well in the master bedroom - no back soreness!
