Located on Kona's main strip, Alii drive, this unit gives you a million dollar view in a luxurious, well-appointed setting. Take in the magic of the island, all from your oceanfront lanai. Watch sea turtles sun bathe in the tidal pool below or look out for whales and dolphins (in season) dancing in the turquoise water. Watch the surfers on the world-famous Banyans Surf break during the day and enjoy stunning sunsets at dusk. Then, fall asleep to the sounds of the crashing waves below your oceanfront master bedroom.

Sigbts & Sounds

All 5 of us were very pleased with out short stay. Large enough deck for all of us to hang out and enjoy coffee in the morning, and beautiful sunsets each evening. Kitchen was well stocked and owner was very resonsive with a few quick questions we had.

Amazing corner of relaxation

You will find Christie's home neat and tidy, well stocked, with delightfully comfy furniture and beds and an amazing view. Close to shopping, restaurants, farmers market, and beaches. Communicating with Christie is easy, and I would definitely rent her condo again.

Better than advertised!

Upon searching for an oceanfront place to stay in Kona, I found multiple properties but kept coming back to this one. It checked all the boxes...good reviews, on the ocean, reasonably priced, convenient location, pool, and so many amenities inside the unit. I booked this for 4 adults (2 couples) and was a little nervous that we would arrive and it wouldn't be as nice as it appeared in the listing. We were very happy with the size and space for all of us, especially the huge ocean side lanai. It was exactly as advertised, and one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in. Christie was great with communication, and we checked in and out with no issues at all. The security of a covered parking lot and seeing the building manager on site daily was a plus. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great location, beautiful view

Had a pretty busy schedule so we didn’t get to spend a lot of time at the property, however the view out of the bedroom window and balcony was spectacular with phenomenal sunsets. Great communication, nice layout, and good location. We weren’t able to print out the parking pass ahead of time and being busy made it slightly painful to get that done with no available copies in the room. (Not a big deal and everything worked out fine). Thanks for a great stay!

Great views!

Great property with great views! Perfect for a family of four. Enjoyed sitting and watching the sun rise and set. Loved seeing the fish and turtles in tide pools below.

Me and my family had great stay. The Unit had a pretty well stocked kitchen. The location was amazing and exactly like the pictures. Sound of waves at night, we were so much enjoyed it.

Oceanfront private lanai is the best!

The property is in a great location and has an amazing private lanai with a postcard-worthy view of the ocean framed by palm trees. It is a beautiful sight to wake up to and offers lovely sunset dinners. The condo has been expertly decorated and updated with a beautiful modern kitchen and comfortable living room and two bedrooms. The closet in the second bedroom is fully stocked with beach supplies, which was an added bonus! Christie was prompt with communication and quick to fix any issues that arose. Highly recommend this property and Christie was an excellent host! Mahalo!

Spectacular views!

Comfortable, beautifully decorated, and updated condo with a spacious lanai conveniently located a short drive away from local shops and restaurants. The views are spectacular, you could not be closer to the ocean. We enjoyed watching the surfers, spotting sea turtles, and falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We’d definitely stay here again, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us Christie!

Beautiful spot

My husband and I greatly enjoyed lounging on the lanai and watching the ocean. The view is spectacular! The condo is lovely, updated and very comfortable.

Great view 24x7

Unit was clean and comfortable. Beds very comfortable. Unit equipped reasonably well compared to others we have had. Good communication with owner. Close to elevator for those who need it. Easy parking. Check propane levels at grill’s before planning a meal. Whales and turtles are easily spotted from Lani. Suggest KTA grocery (make left as you leave parking garage 4miles or so) Take Kona Trolley to town $2pp each way. Stopped in front of condo. Would definitely recommend unit and go back again.

Everything we needed plus fantastic view!

We appreciated all the timely communication Christie provided both prior to our arrival and during our stay. We experienced wild and wooly weather while there and the power went out for a short time. Christie was in communication with me during this time providing me with information on where to gather supplies if needed. We really appreciated this. The unit is in a fabulous location on the third floor (we love Kona Bali Kai). We spent a LOT of time on the lanai watching the sunrise with coffee in hand AND in the evenings watching the beautiful sunsets. This unit’s lanai is perfectly situated so that the palm trees do not block your views. It has a table and chairs as well as 2 loungers. The king bed was super comfortable. You can hear the roar of the ocean waves (there were king tides while we were there) so this may comfort you or you may need earplugs. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed including a Mr. Coffee maker. The unit had beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler. We loved the little rocky beach on the south side of the building. We watched the surfers and a few turtles swimming around the little bay. Perfect to take the beach chairs and cooler without driving to a crowded beach. Thank you, Christie, for a wonderful stay!

Just as described

My wife and her friend just returned from a long weekend stay at the condo. Everything about the condo was just as described. The pictures will accurate, simply do not do the condo justice. The patio, and the view from it, are amazing. I have rented several vacations homes and would have to say that the communication with Chirsite ranks right at the top.. There was a minor issue upon arrival which was immediately corrected. In fact, afterall, it really wan't and issue. Thank you Christie for making this trip memorable for them.

Wonderful place to stay

The property was just as described. It has a fabulous large balcony with awesome oceanfront views. The unit was updated and very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the quiet and the location. The bed was comfy too. All in all, it is a great place to vacation.. Although the whole condo property is a bit dated, this unit has been nicely updated.

Week in paradise

Great condo. Beautiful view/sunsets. Nicely equipped with many necessities. There were items left by previous guests to add to items included in rental and we in turn added to the supplies. Great communication with manager. Unit had most everything you would need to enjoy your stay. I highly recommend this unit. You will not be disappointed.

Gorgeous View!

Our trip was short, only 2 nights, but we were so glad we chose this place. Condo is perfect! Comfy beds, clean bathrooms, and THE. BEST. VIEWS. EVER! Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Christie was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend.

A Dream Location

Aloha! Christie’s condo is absolutely beautiful! The view and sounds of the ocean from the lanai are spectacular! You see surfers all day long and the green sea turtles were such a delight to see every day along with red sea urchins, yellow tang and angel fish. Everything is new in Christie’s condo and the beds are very comfortable. It is also relaxing sitting around the heated pool next to the jacuzzi. Parking is very easy to find. We had a late flight home and Christie was very accommodating by letting us check out in the evening which we know is not always possible. From the time we booked her condo Christie was very quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend Christie’s condo. Mahalo Christie!

Amazing beachfront paradise!!!

We absolutely loved staying in Christie’s place. From the lanai, we saw beautiful sunsets and whales jumping. We went to sleep to the sound of crashing waves every night and we were lucky enough to be in Kona during the huge waves in January so we got to see some of the best surfers surfing right outside in the bay. The condo is exquisitely furnished and she has thought of every little thing you might need in the kitchen if you want to cook at home. (We loved Da Poke Shack downstairs though.) My husband especially loved the chargers in every room so your electronics were always charged. Christie was easy to get hold of and answered questions right away. We would highly recommend this place!!!
