Enjoy Perdido Sun's Large Private Beach or Swim in the indoor heated pool, outdoor pool or hot tub. The beach is right outside the private balcony so wake up in the mornings and have breakfast while enjoying your fourth-floor beach-front view. When your ready for a stroll on the beach you'll have just a short walk to get there, the beach is literally yards away.

Condo # 404 has everything you need for a relaxing stay. This unit is tastefully decorated with Tile floors, crown molding, and granite counters in kitchen and bathrooms. Very nicely furnished with a 55 inch Roku TV/Blue Ray DVD player in Living area and 32 inch LCD/BLUE RAY DVD player in the bedroom. Also, wireless internet and extended cable television are available and a fully stocked kitchen in case you want to eat-in rather than eat-out.
The king size bed in the master also has a tempurpedic with pillow top mattress that is incredible to sleep on. A sleeper sectional sofa with comfortable mattress for enjoyable nights sleep.
Many wonderful restaurants are within walking distance and even more a short drive from condo.
The lobby and common areas are exceptional and kept immaculate at all times. There is a Fitness Room for those who want to exercise while on vacation. There is a coin operated laundry facility in a room off the lobby for guests to use.
Swimming at the Perdido Sun is year round with an outdoor swimming pool and a very nice heated indoor swimming pool with restrooms and shower facilities. Both pools are gulf front. Because the indoor pool is totally glassed in, you can see the beach while you swim. A friendly and helpful front desk is on site.

Amazing Stay!

My wife and I chose to stay at this location and were beyond happy with the results! The unit was perfect for the two of us and in a great location with views. Debbie was also great with communication about a couple questions we had. Can’t recommended enough and can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful lil oasis

Property is exactly as discribed and in pictures. Beautiful view and right on the beach! All the amenities of home to be able to cook in the kitchen instead of having to eat out every meal. Bed was super comfy. And property owner communicated great with updates!

Paradise in Perdido

Such a beautiful place to rest, relax, and recharge. The Perdido Sun is not the new, fancy high-rise, but it perfect for the couple looking for less crowd at a better value. The access to the beach is fantastic. The pools and exercise space are nice and well kept. The locations of the property is perfect. It is out of the major ‘beach congestion’ yet accessible to all of the restaurants, shopping and beach life you desire. This unit has washer/dryer access but it is not in the unit. This is not your place if you are looking for water-parks and putt-putt (they are 20 minutes away but not across the street). This is our second time to the Perdido Sun (it won’t be our last either.)

Nice unit/stay

We loved the view, the access (&ease) to the beach, & the unit. Up to date unit, very nice. Debbie was quick to return an answer to my question upon arriving. Would definitely return to this unit if came back to Peridio Bay. Things to do is very limited at Peridio Bay, but the view, the beach, and relaxation was the goal and that was a success. The JellyFish across the street is absoutely delicious to! Highly recommend this unit if your looking for a laid back, chilled time!

Can’t Wait to Return

This is our 4th year in a row to stay at Perdido Sun. We love everything about the proximity to indoor and outdoor pools, the beach, and restaurants across the street. The Jellyfish has such variety we just walk across the street and st outside often we went to the Breakfast Club, Paul’s pizza, and Islander food Shack for burgers and fried fish. Publix is just a 2 mile drive. We love to spend our days on the beach where we can rent umbrellas and chairs. A bonus of this unit was we had access to the storage closet outside our door with those and many more things. The unit itself felt like our home away had everything we needed to stay in and cook when we wanted. There were plenty of pillows and blankets. The Smart TV offered Roku and cable and we got on YouTube to watch our grandson play in his high school game. We loved breakfast and rest times on the balcony watching birds and waves. This attractive, updated, and clean unit added to our relaxful vacation. We look forward to coming back.

We enjoyed the amazing view & sound of waves, we began many days sitting on the deck with our morning coffee. Walking down to the beautiful white soft sandy beach to watch the sunrise was just a few steps away . The kitchen was well equipped and very conducive for preparing meals. This condo was also a convenient location to many restaurants within a short drive There were extra touches with games, movies... to make this condo feel inviting and comfortable.

Great location on Perdido Key

We loved our stay at Perdido Sun. The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Great view of the beach from the living room area and the balcony, and of course you exit the rear of the facility and the beach is right there! Also so close to several great restaurant options. Its definitely an option when we return to Perdido Key next year.

Great Relaxing Condo

We stayed at the condo during a week in August that was perfect weather. Sunny every day, the gulf water was crystal clear and warm like bath water! We have been coming to Perdido Key for 6 years in the summer time. This was the absolutely best year of them all. The condo fit our needs. It is a one bedroom which was perfect for us as a couple. We enjoyed the view from the balcony in the morning and in the evening. As a plus, we got to see the Blue Angels practice at the Naval Air Station in Pensacola.

It was perfect!

What a great condo, and a wonderful complex! Minimal Traffic in the area- pretty quiet overall which we loved! Debbie was a great host, and the condo was very well appointed. We cooked in a lot, and found most everything we needed (provide a few more forks please:)). Bed was super comfy. Patio furniture was the best-we ate most meals out there. Thank you Debbie for sharing your home with us. We look forward to next time—-looking at dates now:)

Great Condo/Amenities/Location

We have a great time staying at Perdido Sun. The condo was perfect for me and my husband. The beach, the pool and the fitness center were all great amenities! The communication from great from day 1. We will definitely recommend this unit!

Great Place for a Beach Vacation

Excellent condo on the beach. 11 story building with plenty of parking close to the building. Checkin was very easy. Room was very nice and the refrigerator ice maker makes a lot of ice very quickly. Debbie the owner texted to offer assistance if needed. There’s an indoor and an outdoor pool by the beach. Ample room to set up personal chairs and shade systems by the rental chairs/umbrellas. Plenty of restaurants nearby from casual to very nice dinning.

Perfect beach getaway

This is a lovely, exceptionally clean condo equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The bed is very comfortable. The Gulf view from the balcony and living room is beautiful. My husband and I purchased the condo in 2016 and have fallen in love with Perdido Key, Fl. We love using the condo ourselves and since we cannot be at the condo most of the year, we like sharing it with others via VRBO.

Since I love to cook, you will find the kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and small appliances. Also, 2 large grocery stores are just minutes away and many great restaurants are in the area. For the nature lover (and fisherman), two parks are close to the condo. Johnson Beach (National Park) is a 1.25 mile walk along the beach heading east from the condo. Big Lagoon State park is on the other side of the bay and has many nice attractions from bird watching to fishing. Paddle boats and canoes are also available for rent at this park.

I am always happy to share what I know about the area and to hear from others about what you find interesting to see and do in the area.
