This pleasant rental is conveniently located just behind Cal Poly Humboldt. Comfortably furnished and quiet, this home provides all the essentials; vaulted ceilings, a decorative, electric fireplace, and French doors leading out to a private, furnished deck with a small gas grill. This rental also includes a well-equipped, full kitchen and a dining area perfect for meals or family game nights, plus two bedrooms, one with a twin bed and a queen, and the second with a queen. One queen bed has a pillow topper and the other queen has a three-inch memory foam topper.

Whether you’re a professional working in the area, a parent of a Cal Poly Humboldt student, or just here exploring Humboldt County, you will love the convenience of being able to walk to the campus, the Community Forest trailhead, or downtown, and then easily return to your clean and quiet home-away-from-home. The university's clock tower bells can be heard in the distance to give you that collegiate feel. Drive (or ride your bike) to the nearby beaches, hiking trails, parks, and much, much more.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
