This luxurious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo sleeps 13 and features 2 Gulf Front Master Suites. Plenty of space to bring the entire crew & vacation in style!

Includes 2 FREE beach service sets. 4 padded lounge chairs and 2 large umbrellas directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $80/day $480/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

If you're looking for a spot that has an upscale experience with a homey feel, this is the place for you! With plenty of relaxing space indoors, and many amenities on site, Ocean Ritz has it all and is ready to give you a beach vacation for years to come! As you walk into this unit you will have a view of the kitchen, dining room and living room leading out to the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops. The bar area seats 5 and is the perfect spot for making drinks before heading to the beach! The gorgeous dining room can seat 8. The living room features a Queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping room and has Sunbrella material! As you go out onto the spacious balcony you will have an amazing view of the Gulf!

When going into the bedrooms, each room has its own bathroom. Each side features Gulf Front Suites. Both of them have King size beds with their own private access to the 500 sq. foot balcony. One of the guest bedrooms features 1 King bed & 1 Twin bed, and the other features a Bunk Room with 3 Full Size beds. Ocean Ritz has its own amenities on property such as a pool, spa, sauna, steam room, & fitness center. There is also 24 hour security and 2 elevators for your convenience and safety. This unit is also conveniently located next to well-know restaurants, such as Pineapple Willy's, Fishale, & Walmart. So book today and get your guest list ready!

The balcony was lovely as we enjoyed the sunsets there many times. TV and dvrs were easy to operate

We had a lovely time. However after we left, we discovered that we had left behind a cosmetics bag filled with expensive cosmetics and a lot of personal items. We also left 4 expensive undergarments accidentally. We called the management office hoping to recover the items. But to no avail. I’m very disappointed.

Fantastic Stay

We were pleased with our entire stay, lovely property, great beach access and pool area. Plenty of room for 8 of us, the patio has amazing views. We did bring extra trashbags/dishsoap/laundry soap/paper towels etc. No big deal and made it super easy having it on hand. Will definitely book again!

Beautiful balcony views

We stayed at the property for one week, and thoroughly enjoyed the views from the balcony, even watching dolphins swim by when the water was calm in the evenings. Expecting parking to be an issue for our SUV based on other reviews, we found it was not nearly as tight as we expected and found our space easily. Our only complaint was that the pool code we were given was incorrect, and the property was not responsive until after the weekend - two days after our arrival. Thankfully there was another guest present who was happy to share the correct code. Otherwise, we found the unit to he clean and the kitchen well equipped.

Perfect for our Family Trip

The property was just as described with enough space for 3 generations. The unit is comfortably furnished and supplied with everything we needed. The outdoor space is large and nicely furnished. The corner balcony was spacious and provided a perfect view of the beach and fireworks. We will definitely book this beautiful home again.

Great place to stay . Plenty of room for everyone. Parking was fine but I could see it would be a problem in the summer. Overall an awesome condo .

Enjoyed our stay!

The property itself was very nice. We had a few issues when we arrived, which most were taken care of the next morning. The issue we had was with the A/C, i kept reporting to the condo management that it would not stay below 76 degrees, but no one came. Finally i reported it to the owner and they were there within an hour. Simple fix!

Family Vacation

The location was perfect. The balcony is the best part of the condo. Property manager was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. Easy access to the beach. Air conditioning was great here as well. Downside of staying here is parking. Parking is terrible. The condo also needs thicker comforters for the beds. Other than that the stay was great.

Ocean Ritz experience!

The place is awesome! We’re so ecstatic with the view, over looking the ocean with breeze that soothes your soul. The rooms are big enough for family and friends, clean and neat. The property manager is nice and friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we’ll definitely come back.

Cruise ship without leaving land!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleasantly surprised by this property and its location. The balcony and its furnishings were amazing, with a perfect view of the sunset. Being on the 11th floor & so close to the gulf, we had the impression of being on a cruise ship. The unit was very elegant & well furnished with lots of space to spread out. After long walks on the beach it was nice to relax at the pool and jacuzzi (which were well maintained daily at appropriate temperatures).

Perfect location

I wished there were better check in instructions that told you exactly where to unload, get luggage carts, park, etc.. the garage is very tight so trying to maneuver it and figure out where you’re going was stressful. Aside from that, no major issues. The place was as described but could use a deep clean. The kitchen has enough to get you by but there weren’t any staple items like Salt/Pepper, coffee, etc. Along that same vein, there were no beach accessories like buckets, toys or floats in the unit. Im not knocking the host for either but some beach condos provide these and I wanted the next person to know! Location is great, be sure to walk across the street to The Daquiri Shack! The rental comes with 4 chairs (2 sets of 2 loungers w/umbrellas) which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Adult Family Get Away

Our initial booking process was seamless. Upon arrival at the property the parking was confusing and the parking deck was very very tight and difficult to maneuver. Had they provided a map of where we were supposed to park in our one parking spot that would have helped enormously. The numbers for each of the parking spots are very faded and need to be refreshed. After unloading our cars we went up to our unit and They had provided our door code in our email and it was not correct.Additionally the code for the pool was incorrect. I would add that the mgt company was immediately responsive and dealt with the mishaps expediently. If I could say anything to the management company, it would be that whoever they are hiring to clean the condos, they need to do a much better job. The washing machine seal along with the tray where you fill your detergent was laden with mold which we had to clean before we used it.

Pool closed and elevators terrible.

The condo was not clean and when we needed assistance with the smoke alarms chirping it took them a day to come and check. The pool was closed because they were painting the building then at 8:00 am one morning we had to move all the furniture off the deck and put it in the living room so we had to leave for the day because we had no where to sit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an awful place. Lights didn’t work. Curtain broke. One elevator working. Only 2 parking passes for 13 people. Would not recommend.

Nice porch but dirty.

This is not a place we plan on staying at again and heard this a lot from others this week. The parking was horrible if have more than 1 car. The elevators there is only 2 and takes forever to get up and down pretty much all day. The pool was extremely small and too crowded. The the actual condo was nice size, comfortable beds, room size was good, loved size of the patio and there was plenty of seats which was nice. But the condo was dirty. I cleaned the one vent was so bad, the kitchen and floors were also dirty when we checked in. The kitchen was a mess actually we had to organize it just to be able to find things.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the rental was nice. The decor is updated and the balcony is amazing. A few minor complaints. There was only one elevator working on the day we (and everyone else) were checking in. The room could use a good deep cleaning. It was not nasty but the dust was super thick on the fans and when we turned them on it blew all over the bed. The jets (which we did not use)in main master bedroom needs to be cleaned. There was visible mold that needs to be addressed. The lower bunk mattress needs to be removed and cleaned under. We noticed an abundance of plaster from the ceiling and not sure what else was under there as we were removing sheets. There was a picture on the floor when we got there and the curtains over door seem to be pulling away from the wall and there was air blowing through the main master door. I would suggest taking extra pillowcases and blankets. There were no extras in room. The location of the condo was very convenient. The attendant at the beach was very attentive and friendly. We are a family of 8 and it was perfect for us. We had plenty of space for everyone. We would recommend and stay again.

DO NOT BOOK!!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me first say, I don't normally do reviews! I need to let everyone know about this condo and Ocean Ritz then you can decide if you want to spend your money here. I wish I could post pictures so you could truly see just how nasty this place is. The couch and loveseat are so disgusting!!! There was sand on the counter tops from the moment we walked into the condo, food on the wall and the base boards look like they have never been cleaned. I would never walk barefooted because of how dirty the floors were. My 4 year old niece found a prescription pill on the floor beside her bed (an area that should have been vacuumed or sweep),that was left behind by previous renters!! We had an issue with the AC and the hot water heater, which can happen and I totally understand. It was the lack of communication and the length of time it took to be repaired. Almost 2 days before the hot water heater was repaired. We have sent an email to Jonathan Caldwell the property manager 1 week ago, and still haven't heard ANY thing from him. The parking at Ocean Ritz is a nightmare!!! There is ONE parking spot for 1103. You will be given 2 parking passes, but the other spot is in an overflow parking lot across the street that only has 25 parking spots for a 21 floor condo! So if you don't get one of those spots then you will be paying $12 a day for parking. I will say the beds were very comfortable and the balcony was nice. DO NOT BOOK if you are at all OCD about cleanliness!! In the off season a deep cleaning and some esthetic repairs desperately need to be done!!
