This studio suite on the ground level provides two Pillow-top queen beds and a large smart TV. Recently renovated and freshly painted, this is a cheerful studio suite. The kitchenette has a limited kitchenette with small refrigerator. The ceiling fan keeps the cool breezes throughout the year. If you are looking for the most affordable way to stay at the beach, you have found it here. PETS ARE ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE. THIS ROOM IS NOT OCEANFRONT. Great beach

Just a one night stay, but we loved the beach. Bathroom was clean and shower had plenty of hot water. Staff was very helpful. All in all great stay.

Ugh.

Cleaning staff tries to do a fairly decent job on this old and grungy unit. Supplies (toilet paper, tissues) were limited and we had to request more. Beds were old, creaky, concaved in the middle, and the sheets kept slipping off the mattress. Parking spaces were limited. Front desk staff were nice and the walk along the beach was lovely. Definitely won't be returning.

Needs an update

So, it's a convenient place for my event that I attended, however, there was NO plug in the bathroom sink--I was worried that I would drop something down it! The handle in the tub/shower to run on the water--feels like it may simply fall off in your hand! I could NOT plug in the alarm clock---it should have been plugged in behind one of the beds. One of the blinds has two wholes in it---which is a little disconcerting, since it is on the ground floor. There were spider webs at the ceiling. it did have everything needed--microwave, mini fridge etc, but it is very tight in that space! Not going stay in it again! Needs a GOOD paint job--several places show white...not the paint color of the room.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Courteous staff, the room was great for a short stay. There are two queen beds but this unit is quite small and would probably not do well with more than two adults. It suited our needs well, for a two night stay. It was pretty clean but had a few stains on the floor and a few chipped tiles. Overall great experience. I would definitely stay here again but I would choose a larger unit if staying more than a couple nights.

Our 30th anniversary trip

Room was very small and had to much missed-matched furniture in it. Was hard to move around in it. Best part was the beach.

An Older Property that's Good for Your Budget

This particular suite is directly adjacent to the housekeeping center so you'll not be able to sleep in if that's your preference. Although the property is older it's well kept and has a fantastic beach.

Reviewer Comments: The room needs an upgrade, the air conditioner did not work and the room was not clean very well at all. I would not recommend to anyone until they do upgrades and ensure the rooms are a little cleaner for the guest to stay in also they need to upgrade the AC units in the downstairs units near the office. Other than that the beach is always a wonderful place and enjoyable which makes all the negative a positive. Good luck.

NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR

The room we booked was not what we paid for. By me saying this, I booked the room based on the glorified description of the room, and Amazing photos showing a pristine room. Upon arrival check in was quick, fast, and very pleasing. Then go to the room, use the key, and had to forcibly open it because it severely hangs up. And you have forcibly close it because it hangs up at the latch. Then you look to your left and the bathroom is needing ALOT OF CAULK around the tub/shower, and a new shower handle. And as you use the shower you STAND IN AN ANKLE DEEP PUDDLE THE WHOLE TIME. Next you go into the kitchenette, bedroom area. There are 2 queen beds, a dresser, a dining table with chairs, nightstand between the beds, 2 oversized bar stools, and an accent chair. You had to shuffle around or just completely move the bar stools, there is no closet space, the accent chair is just taking up space. You had to side step and shimmy around the bed and kitchen area to get to the closet. I had read reviews and asked management about my concerns in regards to the damages, small space, etc, but was assured things had been replaced and issues taken care of, but the only thing done was a new coat of paint. It looks like there was mold above the tv/dining table area at the ceiling/wall, the blinds were still broken as in previous reviews, tile was also still damaged. But I can say WE SLEPT GREAT ON THE COMFORTABLE BEDS AND PILLOWS, and was only a short walk to the backside of the opposite side of the building/complex to reach the pool area(which was only open during certain hours due to turtles(we weren’t informed until asking) and the gate to the beach. The room definitely needs some work and less furniture, rearranging.

Disappointing condition

Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and the staff were helpful, however we were disappointed in the condition of the unit. The toilet would not flush and we had to call maintenance within minutes of arriving. The glass in one of the windows was broken and glued. There was a strange bar/countertop added that severely limited access to the kitchen cabinet.
