Welcome to Endless Summer! Our newly remodeled 1 bedroom/1 bath unit. Located on the 13th floor. As you enter the living room area, you will see beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding views.

This newly updated 1- bedroom, 1 -bath Gulf Front Condo! Comfortably sleeps 6, Queen bed in master, a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room with a twin bunk bed alcove. Your balcony and bay windows allow everyone to enjoy the breathtaking Panhandle sunsets.

Tidewater Beach Resort is within walking distance of Pier Park and offers a long list of amenities, unlike any other on the beach. From the onsite Movie Theater to the beachfront restaurant and bar, this resort offers every convenience. Enjoy a workout in the state-of-the-art fitness center while you watch the waves hit the shimmering sands, then enjoy a dip in one of two Roman spas or venture over to the heated indoor pool. Multiple hot tubs, two (2) outdoor pools, a Lending Library and Business Center, and so much more make this a premium location.

*Guest will need to pre-register online and pay for parking passes and armband BEFORE arrival. An additional fee will occur if you register the day of.

Views were beautiful except for the one of the noisy street. Unit could’ve been cleaner and a coffee table would be nice. Lacking in kitchen supplies and the silverware is starting to rust. Needs new light bulbs in whole unit and on the microwave and the stove. The smoke alarm in the bedroom keeps beeping even though neither of us smoke. May need new batteries.

The unit was fantastic. Great space, clean, and view was enjoyable. Location was also great and we enjoyed the ease of getting to the beach and having easy access to jet ski rentals, chair rentals, and other amenities. The elevator situation in the building was awful. It was so crowded and we often had to take the stairs down because you could not get on an elevator. Coming up to the unit was often a bit of a wait.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed Monday thru Friday. The elevators were a slight issue, but nothing worth getting upset about. Parking was excellent, our condo was excellent. The pools were excellent and the beach was phenomenal. There is also a Marcos Pizza and McDonald’s across the street if you have young ones. Great stay

Beautiful View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean with beautiful view. Centrally located and near every type of shopping need. Unit is around away from other foot traffic so quite from that perspective. Long term construction on building right next door disrupts the balcony experience during working hours. I would recommend buying your coffee filters ahead of time of time as not provided (basket shape). Sold out need to go to three stores. Read the fine print. No coffee,Salt or pepper or any condiments in the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay. Cons would be..... $70 per day per person for a lawn chair on beach cheaper to head to Wal Mart and buy one and leave it. Older building with inadequate elevators average wait time 5 to 9 minutes. We would choose to stay here again.

Tidewater Beach Resort stay

There were several great things about this Beach Resort, and only a couple of things that were not so great. The corner unit itself was as advertised. The unit was clean, well furnished and well stocked, and had a great view. We arrived very early from a morning flight, but the staff was kind enough to let us store our luggage behind the main desk for several hours until the late afternoon check-in. That was a major help and allowed us to walk to Pier Park, which is only around 3/4 of a mile away, and spend time there before check in. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and constantly cleaning. The beach was nice and being that we went on a holiday weekend it was busy, and that made it necessary to claim a spot on the beach before everyone else came down. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. There was even a beach umbrella in the closet that allowed us to avoid renting beach chairs and an umbrella. The only drawbacks were pretty minor things, like the size of the arcade, which is tiny. I counted 5-6 games tops. I was told prior to my arrival that the arcade games would be part of the resort fee but they were not. You had to spend your own money. No big deal there. There were some unpleasant smells down on the ground level at times. Again, no big deal. The most major drawback was the elevators, which I was already aware of upon reading the reviews prior to my stay. Sometimes the wait to get an elevator was over 30 minutes. Overall, not a bad stay.

Ironman Stay

Stayed at this location for the Ironman race in town. Location was beachfront, view from the balcony was amazing, and the overall size of the location was perfect.

Perfect vacation spot!

The condo was perfect for our little family get away. Beautiful views and convenient location with a large range of nice restaurants located close by. We had a wonderful week!

Great spot

This place was perfect for our family. Right on the beach and close to great restaurants. Has heated indoor pool that was great for our rainy day. Would most defiantly book again!

Beautiful Views...

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying at this building. The views and location are absolutely perfect. The room left is a little disappointed. From the lack of cooking utensils (coffee pot never actually got hot, no cooking knives, and a broken can opener)to the absolutely flat pillows on the beds.. we were a little disappointed. The elevators were an issue also but obviously that's not really up to the owners or Management company.. If you don't plan on cooking much and bring your own pillows/blankets this is a beautiful place to stay.

First time at Tidewater

After you get past the elevator times this place has everything you need. Clean pool. Nice beach. Please condos. Parking in the shade for the most part. After the first day we had it all figured out. I wish they would just let the chips fall where they may with the elevators but I guess they have their reason. The condo view was WONDERFUL.

Misleading

There were broken items up on arrival. The bunk bed ladder ( which was fixed promptly) the kitchen table chair had a broken leg. Leaned against the wall . ( That was taken out, not returned ) The corner wall to wall ocean view is a stretch. It was a back left corner unit. Nothing could be seen to the right. The elevators were a ridiculous game on the 13th floor. We used the stairs multiple times. Not super relaxing. The bunk bed had a sign on it ..no one over 100lbs. So we were unable to use the top bunk . We left a day early.
