Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this newly remodeled, fully furnished, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo.  The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, private bathroom, and views of the beach. The guest bedroom is furnished with two queen-sized beds and has an adjoining bathroom. Our condo comfortably sleeps 6 people.  The living room has all new furnishings and a large flat screen TV.  The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with granite counter tops, full bar, and stainless steel appliances.  Situated directly on the beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of swimming and then relaxing later on the balcony.

We strongly encourage that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. A small welcome package is provided which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

**Up to 2 small pets up to 25 lbs with a pet cleaning fee. Pet size/limit are rules set forth by the Home Owners Association and enforced by the on-site Management and Staff.**

Beautiful decorated Condo withe great beach views. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has a good selection of pots/pans and utensils. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony.

This was the perfect spot for our last hurrah before school started. The unit was lovely and exactly as pictured - that view of the beach from the patio is tough to beat! Communication with our host was informative and seamless. Easy, walkable access to the beach, and walking distance to cafes and good eats. Highly recommend!

This is the second stay at this unit and my family was extremely comfortable. The unit has everything you could possibly need. They even have some beach chairs on hand which made it convenient. The two pools were a hit with our 10 year old when we needed a break from the beach. Owners are very quick to reply to questions.

Perfect island getaway

This condo had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. The location was convenient for exploring local restaurants and stores and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The kitchen was great for nights we stayed in and our kids loved the pools. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property. The accommodations and view were everything we hoped they would be. The beach equipment in the condo was a nice addition. I have stayed at several OVT condos over the years, and this one is my top pick.

Fantastic place

This place is a must! Terrific communication with owners, very prompt with their replies. Place offered a wagon, beach chairs, cooler and many amenities. Almost all places were walkable or take the free island bus! Highly recommend and would get place again!
