We had a great stay at this location . Very convienant to everything including the Pebble Beach golf courses . Lots of shops and restaurants nearby! Very clean , easy parking !

Great location. Walking distance to great restaurants, the beach and aquarium. The house is nicely updated, equipped and the beds were very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Outstanding accommodations for a couple. Convenient location, well equipped kitchen, lots of soft towels. It was very clean & appeared recently renovated. No bathtub, but a nice shower with a rain showerhead was quite comfortable. Having a washer & dryer in the apartment was a bonus. However, it is really tight for 4 adults. Excellent for a couple or couple with 1 or 2 children who can share a bed. Works for 2 couples or 4 adults who can share beds, including 1 full size bed (the other is a queen bed).

The proximity to downtown, how quiet the property was, it had the essentials we needed, very responsive management. The bottle of wine and cheese/crackers was a really nice touch! Thank you for a great weekend away!

Cute house close to the beach. Location is great, lots of places to eat nearby. Our kids loved the park just around the corner. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the check in instructions were clear.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was well cleaned. The appliances work great. Comfortable beds and enough soft towels for daily use. Sanctuary staff responded quickly and was good to work with when we messaged questions. The unit is well insulated and we did not hear noise from the next door dentist office. You might wish to bring a lightweight cotton blanket for the warmer months - we used their beach towels and they worked fine.

We came to Pacific Grove for a family vacation: two adults and one child. Our stay was so wonderful. Communication with Sanctuary Vacation was thorough and very positive. The house is very clean and cozy. It is in a wonderful location, walking distance to: restaurants, coffee shop, Lovers Point. We also took our bikes to Monterey Aquarium and it was a really easy ride. We have a large pickup truck and it fit just fine in the carport.If we can, we will be back again. Truly great.

Water smells stinky in shower and drink and unable to cook. It’s lucky there is a lot good restaurant around. My kid has a lot bug bites during 3 stay there

Walking distance to a nice downtown area. Driving to aquarium. Professional communication . The toilet handled our military grade stress testing quite well. What a champ.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about the place, location and rental process were all perfect. Communication was excellent, super easy to check-in/out, the place was immaculate when we arrived. It was a comfortable and nice place to hang out and cook some dinners. However, it is also easily walkable to absolutely everything. I honestly cannot imagine a better place to stay in this are for two people and a dog. Hopefully we get to visit again.

The location is great. Near a cool book/coffee shop, the beach and restaurants…though a bit small for more than 4 and as another person states…the water does have a smell. The biggest issue was the lack of customer service. We were missing bedding for the fold our couch. The bag labeled as such contained two robes…one with a large black hair on it. When I called the host company it was 8pm and I got the run around. I was told they would make a ticket and mark it urgent. Given it was for a kid’s bed we were trying to put to sleep I asked for a time frame and couldn’t get one. I asked three different times for a call from management that I never got. The next day someone dropped off a fitted sheet and sheet (no comforter or pillow) and said they couldn’t do anything after 8pm. I was just glad it was sheets that were the problem. There is also a four page list of rules for the home. Lastly, you would want to check the hours of some of the nearby businesses if that’s a draw. For example, the ice cream shop next door is closed Mon and Tues. Overall though amazing location and non existent customer service. Would go elsewhere next time.
