Tucked away in a quiet/private neighborhood in the "Golden Rectangle" on Carmel Point, Just 800 ft to Carmel Beach is our Sea Cottage. A short walk to Carmel State Beach & wildlife reserve (1block+). A short walk to the East is the Mission Ranch, owned by former Mayor/Actor Clint Eastwood. See sheep in the meadow, lagoon or enjoy a fine meal at sunset. Point Lobos is an experience that shouldn't be missed!

Lovely Carmel Christmas

My family and I had a wonderful Christmas in Carmel at this cozy and spacious home. The home had everything we needed, the kitchen was plush, and the indoor fireplace and outdoor firepit worked perfectly. And of course, the location, a short walk to the most beautiful beach on earth was the best part. I look forward to future stay at this great little place. Thank you!

A Carmel Delight

This is an amazing property just two short blocks from Carmel Point and the Carmel beaches. The outside is fairly unassuming from the street. The interior is just grand. Every room is delightful. It has its own interior courtyard.So comfortable and relaxing. A real find.

Carmel Cottage Holiday

Lovely cottage, comfortable, clean, great location, in a charming Carmel neighbourhood. Our family of three adults enjoyed long ocean side walks, hiking in several state parks between Carmel and Big Sur, and a seaside walk in Monterey.

Charming cottage in great neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage had everything we needed. We enjoyed making meals in the well equipped ktchen and hanging out by the fire in the patio area. We loved walking into town in the mornings to get coffee. My husband and brother took surf lessons during our stay. The meet up point was a few blocks away from the cottage. We would stay here again.

Fabulous Carmel cottage

We had an amazing 2 weeks stay at this beautiful cottage 2 blocks from Carmel Beach. Perfect location just blocks from downtown Carmel shopping and dining. Very quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors and perfect weather especially for us coming from Arizona. If you plan a trip to the Monterey Peninsula you must stay at this cottage!!

This is a home away from home. really clean, nice kitchen, outdoor patio, short walk to with the bay or Carmel beach. Not far from town if you like walking. I'll always stall here when I come to Carmel.

Peace and tranquility....

Great place to relax and spend time with the family. Close to the beach (5 minute walk) and short distance to Ocean Ave where all the shops and restaurants are. Love the residents and visitors alike, everyone is so nice and friendly. Can't wait to come back!

Carmel Point cottage

We have always loved Carmel Point, and this cottage is the perfect place for folks like us — it’s “old” Carmel in feel while providing modern convenience and impeccable maintenance. The cottage is comfortable and well equipped — everything you need is available. Flowers in front and back are gorgeous, and the inner courtyard is a beautiful and peaceful retreat. Four to five blocks to either beach. A great visit in a great cottage.

This is a gem

Where do I start. Adorable house, stocked with everything you need. Two blocks from the ocean, heads up though, the ocean is down hill so if your walking it’s an uphill walk home. There is a road, two blocks down the street from the house, that takes you in a circle around the ocean, with the most beautiful beaches and stairs to get down to the water. The closeness to the barnyard is amazing as we have a favorite Pub in the barnyard. Pacific Grove is a short drive on Highway 1. To be honest this house is so lovely we really just wanted to hang out at the house and neighborhood. The front yard is a masterpiece in wildflowers, and a sweet patio in the back. We will definitely be back, hopefully for a much longer stay.

I grew up in Aspen Colorado on my Fathers cattle ranch which is now known as Snowmass at Aspen ski resort. I spent the school year in California and every summer in Colorado. Nursing was my passion and eventually led to my own successful business caring for the elderly in Carmel for over 20 years. I currently live in Pebble Beach.

I inherited this property in 2004 and lived in it for a time before updating and remodeling it. I'm so fortunate to own this little piece of paradise, it truly is an enchanting place. The quiet peaceful neighborhood, so close to the beaches, the village and Pebble Beach, yet so private. It's wonderful to be a part of this area, to experience all the wonders of our coastal life.
