Nice stay in Oceanside

The property had everything we needed. The bathroom was a tad small but the kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were comfy. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful relaxing condo

We really enjoyed staying at North Coast Village condo D102. This unit has a beautiful view of the pier and the ocean. The condo has really nice furnishings and we had a nice, relaxing time staying there. We wish we could have stayed longer! We would highly recommend staying here!

Oceanside Vacation

We had a great stay! Pictures are accurate and condo is clean. Great location to walk to pier or harbor and enjoy the beach. Only thing that I wish was more clear is that this condo is not ground level walk out to the beach but is a very close walk.

Lovely spot

We are very happy with the experience we had. This was a long overdue family vacation, and we would love to come back. Pool, beach, hot tub, all of it was great. The unit is a nice size and ideal for a family as there is a pullout couch in the living room. Kitchen is lovely and well equipped. This experience was an easy stay.

Loved our stay

It was a lovely stay. We loved the view from the windows and the proximity to the pool. It was just great and we were super sad to leave. The cleanliness of the property when we arrived was a little less than perfect. The unit has a musty smell but this is common in homes so close to the beach.

Great stay! Good unit.

Very good unit. It is a very clean unit however looks like cleaners didn't do their job before we arrived. Definitely recommend it!

O’side getaway

Robyn’s condo is just exactly as the photo’s show. So often the pictures and the reality are not the same, in this case everything was perfect! The basket with “treats” was so thoughtful and appreciated. And the view is amazing, but the sound of the waves is heaven. I didn’t want to leave and will definitely be returning. Stunning location and well supplied condo.

Property owner did not assist.

I was very disappointed... there was alot of noise every day pounding.. renovation being done. My husband and I left early.. and were still charged. Contacted the owner... non responsive. It was a special occasion... and it was terrible.

This guest did not try to communicate us. We have no emails, no messages, no communication whatsoever from this guest. We do everything we can to keep in touch with our guests including email, VRBO messages, and even a welcome check in text message. All of which this guest never responded.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This lovely one bedroom condo has everything you need: It has a beautiful kitchen with all the necessary appliances and granite top, a large bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, dresser and large closets, and finally a comfortable living room with a fireplace, sofa, chairs and sliding door to the balcony. Oh and both the living room and bedroom have outstanding views of the ocean and the Oceanside Pier. It is a beautiful location with gardens, a koi pond, and a large swimming pool and hot tub. There is a nice walkway by the beach that can take you to the pier and to the center of town. Harbor Town is a very short walk over the bridge heading north on Pacific St. Both Oceanside and Harbor Town have good restaurants. We especially enjoyed the Oceanside Broiler. It is on the boat harbor and has excellent seafood as well as steaks. We were fortunate to catch the season’s final production, The Man of La Mancha, at the Brooks Theatre. It is a small theater but provides gigantic live entertainment. Big thanks to Paul, a local resident at the condo, who told us about the theater and gave us a “friends” discount! We spent our last day driving up to Temecula and visiting a few of their wineries. It is only a 45 minute drive. This was my first time there and was pleasantly surprised. Whether you want a Beach Getaway or a place you can call home while you explore the area and all it has to offer, this is one great place to stay. Oh yes, and a big thank you to Robyn and her generous goodie basket!

D-102 One of the best unit on the property

Thank you Robin for her hospitality, unit d-102 was very nice and clean. Me and my family enjoyed it very much. This was one of the best rentals we have used here.

Excellent condo for your beach stay

Condo owner, Robyn, was very enjoyable to work with. The condo has a BEAUTIFUL view of the pier and ocean. The location is absolutely perfect to explore Oceanside by foot and you have easy access to I-5 if you are driving. The kitchen is well-equipped. The property grounds are gorgeous and has amenities like a pool, hot-tub, laundry and gym. I would highly recommend this unit for your stay in Oceanside.

Great condo and complex

We had a wonderful week's stay at North Coast Village. Robyn's unit was just as pictured and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed and more. The view and location to the beach was amazing. Since our plane arrived on the morning of our visit and check-in wasn't until afternoon, Robyn suggested an outing in San Diego called Liberty Station which we thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks, Robyn, and we hope to stay here again. John and Carolyn L.

Wonderful! Excellent place to stay and to have a vacation.

Grounds and condo both wonderful!!!! A fresh change of pace, and central to our day-trips. The ocean view — impressive. Well-stocked with thoughtful day-to-day essentials (and more)! Robyn was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at North Shore Village. This condo was well equipped with what we needed. The view is amazing and it’s very close to the beach. The condo grounds are breathtaking. I felt like I was on a tropical island. The pool & hot tub were very nice. I would love to stay here again. Robyn was great to work with & was accommodating.

Monthly stay

Robyn was very flexible in accommodating our stay. The home is well kept, clean, and very enjoyable. The location is extremely desirable and the beach is viewable from each window in the home. You can fall asleep to the waves crashing, which was so peaceful. We couldn't have been more please with our stay!!

Very comfortable condo, great amenities, great location

Great spot for a family vacation. Although the complex is far from new it is very well maintained. Huge pool and recreation facility for children. Centrally located and right at the beach. Nice furniture and the bed is comfortable. The pictures are accurate and we would rent here again. Robyn was very easy to deal with.
