Welcome to Colony Beach Club 139! This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is surrounded by serene scenery as it looks directly onto the complex pool, grounds, and infinite ocean waters stretching beyond. Treat yourself and five others to a quiet stay by the shore when you make this ground-floor getaway yours!

The primary suite promises relaxation with its soft king bed and flat-screen TV. The en-suite primary bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a movable shower head and grab bar. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a flat-screen TV. Nearby is the second bathroom with its standard bathtub that provides a movable showerhead and plenty of bath towels.

Colony Beach Club is a quaint, cottage-like complex that resides on New Smyrna Beach's quiet non-driving shore. Established in 1973, this two-story condominium complex has provided both residents and guests with relaxing seaside stays for years. Beach trip

Great location and condo. Steps to a very nice pool and a few more steps to a great beach. All necessary amenities provided. We did buy a couple beach chairs for ease of getting in and out of them and left them in the condo since we were flying home

Disappointed

Kitchen was well stocked. 8 towels available for 5 people for weeks stay, did laundry daily at a cost of $60 dollars. Enough dirt under living room furniture to fill vacuum. No Wash cloths at all. Bathroom floor not clean. Loved the complex and the permanent residence. Will rent at location again but certainly not that unit

Regarding the laundry cost you mentioned, we appreciate your feedback. The cost of laundry may vary based on usage and preferences. We would like to clarify that the average cost for laundry during a week-long stay typically hovers around $30.00, making the $60.00 amount you mentioned seem unusually high. Nevertheless, the frequency of laundry is at the discretion of our guests. It's worth noting that the condo you booked does not include an in-unit washer/dryer, and this information is clearly outlined in the amenities section of the unit description. Instead, an on-site laundry facility is available for guest use. We understand your concerns about the cleanliness of the condo. We acknowledge that maintaining a high standard of cleanliness is paramount in the vacation rental industry, and we are dedicated to continually improving our cleaning processes. We have a diligent team that responds to reports of subpar cleanliness and takes immediate action to address any shortcomings. Our inspectors regularly assess inventory and report any deficiencies, ensuring that essential items such as towels, linens, and other amenities are well-stocked for our guests. Great communication through VRBO for pre-check-in, during our stay, and check-out procedures. Needs some updating and beds could be more comfortable. Appreciate the stocked kitchen and location of the “no drive” beach section for safety with kids.

Nice place

Nice place, great location, could use a little refresh of the linens. A combination lock on the door would be a nice improvement too. Kept us safe from hurricane Ian too 👍🏻

Beachside Weekend

We had an amazing time during our stay. The location was beyond perfect for a family with young children with the convenience of the pool and ocean steps away. Our place was beautiful, clean, well stocked, and hands down our favorite rental thus far. We would love to come back again. Thank you!

Family trip

This place is a perfect getaway. Not crowded. Quiet and relaxing. Lots of great local restaurants. Check in was super easy and this condo had all we needed for a great week. The beds were kinda firm for my liking which was my only complaint.

Weekend Stay

We came in on Thursday night and was able to just go to the condo and get it from a lockbox by the door and a code to use to get in it. Very convenient!! The rooms were nice and had everything you needed for a stay with the family. The pool was right outside the back sliding door which was nice and you could see and hear the ocean from the room patio. I would definitely go back.
