Private Home on River, No Drive Beach, Enclosed Heated Pool

Enjoy a recently updated home on the river, with private heated pool, deck, and short walk to the quiet "no-drive" beach. A kayak is available to explore and fish in the Mosquito Lagoon Aquatic Preserve right from the back deck. The walk to the beach is a short 10 minutes, and the beach access is in a residential neighborhood (no condos). Beach chairs, sand toys, and a wagon to tote your things are in the garage and free to use. Pool deck includes an air conditioned sun-room with a large bar and wine refrigerator, serves as a perfect viewing spot for sunsets over the mangroves. Family friendly layout, including a bunk room with 4 bunk beds. Pets are not allowed.

Everything on this listing and more! Outdoor shower, the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen...ability to see rocket launches from Kennedy space center...gorgeous and flawless open floor plan! Bathrooms are amazing. Master bedroom makes you feel like a queen and has a sliding door to deck or just to open the curtains and have a million dollar view at sunset...everything was amazing, beautiful and flawless...can’t wait for next year to come back!!! Thank you!

Awesome location and beautiful house!

The house was clean and beautifully remodeled. It has everything you may need and more. The location is perfect, very nice neighborhood, quiet, walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants.

Perfect Getaway

Great house, location was nicely tucked away with a beautiful view of the mangroves. Very clean, comfy beds, fully stocked. We’ll be back!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. We loved sitting outside on the back porch and watching the birds. The house was very clean and included everything we needed. The beach is only a short walk from the house, and the neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely rent again! Thank you!

Lovely home in great location in NSB

We stayed Dec 23 to Jan 2. This is a lovely home comfortably appointed with modern design elements, pictures are true to life and It's in a great location close to the main NSB beach as well as Apollo Beach at CNSS. Communication with owners was good and they were quick with responses. We had a great relaxing time and would definitely stay again.

We can’t wait to go back!

This charming NSB home made us think twice about our own home and made us fall in love as soon as we stepped in! The charm and comfort is overwhelming. The master was absolutely wonderful and the house had recent upgrades that wowed! From the 6 burner gas stove to the master bathroom stand alone tub, we didn’t want to leave! If that wasn’t enough, then there was the outside of the house! Perfectly located on the canal with protected land behind, the view of the mangroves and manatees made morning coffee outside a must. This house has it all: a pool, canal, and a beautiful canopied street! The neighbors are all so nice and we enjoyed many walks during our stay. The home owners are also so nice and easy to communicate with! We can’t wait for our next stay!!

Perfect place to enjoy and relax

The place is great to have a peaceful time and have amenities for the little ones that help to enjoy the time with your family. Next time I will consider this place as my first choice.
