Fully furnished first floor condo that sleeps 8. Three bedrooms, two full baths and a queen size sleeper sofa. Master bedroom with queen size bed and full bath. Two additional bedrooms each with twin size day bed and pull-out trundle bed. Full bath in hallway. Queen size sleeper sofa in living room.

Covered front porch deck with seating and new large back deck with grill and umbrella seating. Own laundry room and one off street parking space. Central air and ceiling fans. Roku and YouTube TV and wireless internet. Shared outdoor shower.

Small dogs (under 40lbs.) welcome. We ask that pets not be allowed on furniture, or that you bring extra sheets to cover the furniture. Failure to cover the furniture will result in an additional $50 cleaning charge.

Bed linens, bath/beach towels and paper products NOT provided.

Non-refundable deposit due upon booking.

Lisa was great and we loved her place. Great porch and very clean on arrival with fenced back yard and own washer and dryer. Beautiful flat beach. We drove but younger people could walk. We thought it was a lovely place and enjoyed it very much. Had never stayed in gardens before and really impressed with how pretty and wide open this area is. Perfect place and hostess. Thank you Lisa!

Nice location and stay

The property was well maintained. Great location for walks to the beach. The owner/property manager was easy to work with during booking. Overall, great stay.

Great location!

The place was clean and communication with landlord was quick and easy! Nice quiet neighborhood about 5-6 blocks from the beach. Loved our stay!

Peaceful Spot for a Family Vacation

This adorable 3 bedroom unit was perfect for our family. We made use of the private backyard space and proximity to the beach and boards. The host is absolutely wonderful and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Great home in the gardens

We loved our stay. This home was a short walk to the beach and close to lots of fun activities. We were so happy to be able to bring our dog with us. Lisa was a great host. Looking forward to going back.

Great Grandma and kid friendly!

Perfect place to stay with multiple generations. House was clean and not cluttered with room to move about inside. The fenced in back deck is fantastic. Only two blocks from pizza and ice cream too!

Vacation 2022

It couldn’t have been better. We had never stayed at the north end of the island before and loved it! House was perfect and accessible for my Mother In Law. Would definitely stay again.

This property is in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to beach, restaurants,and ice cream! Linda is a great host. She was quick to respond and handle any concerns we had.

Very cute place. Great quiet location. Enjoyed the back deck at dinner. Beds were comfortable!

Very easy process. Owner was nice and responsive the 2 times I had questions. Highly recommend.

Great week at the shore

Our family (and dogs) had a great time at the shore. This property was perfectly located near the Northern end allowing for easy walks to the beach, playground, cafes, and more. Easy check-in and check-out, and quick replies from the owner when needed. Looking forward to returning next year!

Peaceful and Relaxing.

Great location. Lisa and Tollie, the owners, are very responsive. The back deck was super relaxing and adorable! 😁

Would stay here again!

Wonderful home with all the things you would need for a fun stay! Kitchen packed with amenities, comfy beds, and awesome deck. Rented bikes for our stay and location was great. Easily rode to Boardwalk and shopping on Asbury Ave. Host was friendly and available whenever needed. Would definitely stay here again. Loved this home.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay in this clean and cute house. Close to beach, bikes, and boards. Kitchen stocked with supplies. Private backyard is a plus! Host is always helpful and kind. This was our second booking here and will book again!
