Family Visit

Fantastic cottage! Far exceeded our expectations. Location to downtown St. Augustine was perfect! Can't wait to return next year! Host and hostess were also very helpful if we had any questions. Highly recommend!

My spouse and I had a lovely stay for our mini-honeymoon! Excellent, quiet location just steps away from the main historic drag. Very clean and the dual showerhead was a nice touch. The host saw us arrive and came out to assist when we had trouble with the key pad (my fault!)

Christmas Lights

We went to see the lights and found this cute cottage! walking distance to the shops and lights. Very quiet and very cute inside. Has everything you might need and the hosts were extremely helpful! we hope to return!

Adorable Cottage with a Resort Feel

The cottage we stayed in was super cute. It has been newly remodeled and was very clean and offered a comfortable stay. The two bedrooms were perfect. Beds were very comfortable. I travel a lot for work and my check list for a place to stay is; safe, clean, comfortable and convenient. This checked all of those boxes and then some. So much that I am thinking to bring my family back. The cottage is a great size and offers privacy a hotel does not. The property is beautiful with a pool to lounge and swim in. It's located in a quiet neighborhood about a half mile walk to historic downtown but has so much to offer around it. The owners and host were so nice and communicative but they allow you to reach out and offer you privacy. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay and will be returning and recommending this place to others!

Wonderful stay

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and the property was overall beautiful. The kids loved the pool and happy there was floaties avaliable.

Excellent Rental!

This little villa was perfect for our stay with our grandson. We had plenty of room, and my grandson loved having his own room instead of staying in a hotel with two beds in one room. Everything was perfect! The hosts were very accommodating! The only one thing that I would change is to have an end table on each side of the bed instead of one. Very minor though because I just pulled one of the dining chairs into the bedroom to use on my side! We will rent this place again if we come back to St. Augustine!

Just perfect!

Very easy walking distance to the fort through a beautiful neighborhood. The pool was perfect. The sofa bed is very firm (more like a futon) - was fine for our little kids but would have been uncomfortable for an adult.

Awesome!

My family, pets, and I enjoyed our stay. The unit we rented for a week was great and the owners spared no expense when it came to quality sleep, as the beds were super comfortable! The pool was warm and wonderful. Also, this was a prime location because it's just minutes from the tourist attractions and beaches. Overall, we highly recommend this property to everyone! Thank you Dante & Tracy!

Perfect Place to Stay in St Augustine!

Everything about this property was great! The cottage was beautiful and clean, and a very short walk from all kinds of restaurants, bars, etc. There’s a beautiful, well-kept pool onsite, too. And Dante and Traci are exceptional hosts - they’re organized, friendly, and accommodating, and always available if you have a question. We will definitely book here again for all future trips to St. Augustine!

A hidden gem

We were in St. Augustine celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. The cottage & complex were exactly as described. Everything was amazing! We commented that this place felt like a hidden gem in the city. We were really shocked that it was so close to the center of the city (literally walking distance), yet it felt so quiet & secluded. We never heard guests coming & going & our cottage was right beside the entrance. We just can't recommend this place enough. We had such a wonderful stay & we will definitely be returning! Oh, and we absolutely LOVED the "house manual" ... you guys really thought of everything! Thank you soooo much!

Perfect Cottage

We adored staying in the Pink Cottage. It was the perfect location with lovely decor, a beautiful bathroom, and comfortable bed! We walked everywhere! We would definitely come again! The nice touches such as a welcome board, pet supplies, deluxe towels and bed linens as well as lovely porches were a welcomed surprise. The only thing I would critique is the sofa as it was not comfortable at all, and we spent our evenings relaxing and watching movies in the living area. Everything else was exactly what we expected and even better!

Perfect location and all the amenities you need.

This was the perfect rental for us. We were able to spread out and gain some personal space. The pool and hot tube is the special outdoor feature of the unit. The inside is very clean and well stocked with any kitchen equipment we needed. Best of all, we were able to walk anywhere we wanted to visit in St. Augustine. Thus, no traffic to deal with or expensive and crowded parking lots to find. I have already shared the info about this little gem with several friends. I would definitely return to this location if I visited St. Augustine again.

lovely stay on Osceola

Spent 2 nights here while attending the Players Tournament in Ponte Vedra. Quiet and comfortable. Location in old city is perfect and the drive up to Sawgrass was easy.
