Quaint cottage

Our stay at this St. Augustine cottage was very nice. We enjoyed the use of the two bikes. Everything we needed was there though we missed a regular coffeemaker, there was a Keurig with K-cups supplied. The property was very clean and the neighborhood is quiet. Good location for site seeing.

Great Getaway

This place is perfect for a single person or couples. Was very clean and the shower is EXCELLENT! Enjoyed my stay very much!

Nice little house on quiet street. Very clean inside.

First time in St Augustine, a bit too touristy for us but we took advantage of the history, some restaurants WAY over priced for mediocre meals, Ripleys museum was big disappointment (don’t go there), pirate museum impressive, definitely visit the fort, unfortunately it was too cold for the beaches- bad timing on our part.To the owners of our little house- outdoor lighting needed as we had to use cell phone lights to safely enter the back door, thank you for your hospitality.

Cute little attached guest house

We really enjoyed our stay at this guest house, the host is very informative and helpful! It's in a quiet neighborhood about a mile from the historic downtown area. Great little cuban coffee place right around the corner. We'd stay here again!

The Last Hoorah

The rental had everything we needed for our long weekend away. Our last vacation for our 14 year old dog as an "only child" and it was a very convenient location as I am 7 months pregnant and was still able to walk to breakfast at Sun Day and dinner at Cortesse's Bistro. Both restaurants were excellent! We had a perfect weekend and it will always be remembered.

Great location

This was the perfect place for our stay, great location to shops all within walking distance. Located on a quiet street with beautiful scenery. Will definitely look at staying here again.

Perfect spot for a weekend stay

My fiance and I stayed here for a long weekend. We were in town to see a two-night concert and take in the sights. We could not have asked for a better spot - walking distance to most of the historic sights, and easy access to the hop-on/hop-off tours. It was absolutely perfect for our needs. The home was spotless, well-appointed, and comfortable. Our dog loved it, too. We would be delighted to book again should we return to St. Augustine.

Biketoberfest 2024

The place was just right for us. I loved the large bathroom and the little outside area. Very clean and well maintained. We also had room to park our trailer out of the way. St Augustine is very pleasant town and we were able to walk to many places. We were close enough to Daytona to visit and come back daily

Made our trip very enjoyable.

We had a great time in this area the house was in the perfect location and we loved that we could bring our pets. We put in several miles of sight seeing this weekend. Only downside was some of the accommodations such as the bed and the sink were a little small for my preference, but I would stay again regardless.

Cute rental

The property was cute and clean and very close to downtown. The bedroom, bathroom and closet were very spacious which was great so we had pretty of space to put our stuff out of the way. Nice to have parking right there was also a plus. The only thing we missed when booking was that it was technically a duplex. We would have looked to have laundry too, but the listing did state that there was not laundry onsite.

Great location and property. I guess you could call it a duplex. They have the bedroom, living room area on the back of the main house. Highly recommend the host/property.

Was in town for a wedding. Week held a flurry of activity. Property was clean, comfortable and convenient. Nicely appointed. Responsive owners. A positive experience. Will definitely recommend to others.

Lovely Weekend Getaway

Meghan was an excellent hostess! Cleanliness and a pleasing ambiance are obviously important to her. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. I had a question about my dogs prior to our arrival and she responded quickly. The location can't be beat! Such a lovely, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to so much.

Chaming cottage

Very cozy little place, nicely decorated, lovely older neighborhood. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Might add grill accessories but everything els was sufficient.
