This property is located on the edge of the San Sebastian inlet in the city of Saint Augustine. This is a 2 story house with the apartment located on the second floor of the home. This apartment is a complete unit separate from the downstairs. The apartment is entered from the ground floor with an inside staircase that leads to the second floor. It is a beautiful apartment with a fabulous sunset marsh view. From the space on the second floor you can enjoy the panoramic view and the many marinas through the oversize windows and front porch. Sailboats, Shrimp boats and other water vessels provide a rich visual feast. The scene is always changing. The apartment has central heat and air, a fully stocked kitchen, washer dryer, king size bed, queen sofa bed, picnic area with gas BBQ grill, easy walk to town center and a short drive to beach.

Great location! Close to the historic district but a quieter neighborhood. Multiple restaurants within walking distance and the view is amazing. Lots of cool birds to see and a great view of sunset

Place to stay perfect launching point for going into the historic district or to the coast, really anywhere… House were communicative and everything was exactly as expected! Sunset out the back window or just sitting on the back deck are perfect.

Such a charming property! We arrived late that evening & I'm so glad we did. String lights, pathway lights & the glow of the town were magical. The views, the balconies, (& the breeze) were great - the property itself was so very charming. Host was easily accessible & accommodating, the home was clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

The location is perfectly located in walking distance to the historic downtown. Easy and close drive to all the different beaches. Spotless house with beautiful views and breeze, The hosts had everything we needed and extremely gracious and checked in periodically via messages to make sure we had everything we needed.. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to booking it for my next visit to lovely St. Augustine.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful rental. Very peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed the views from the sunroom and our upstairs balcony. Easy check-in and very attentive hosts. We had everything we needed for our stay. Would 10/10 recommend staying here and we will be repeat guests on our next trip if the rental is available.

Incredible stay! Beautiful home in a great location - with easy access to historic downtown! Michael and Hyacinth were very responsive. Would highly recommend and will definitely love to stay again for future visits to St Augustine!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful views, lots of light and openness, and loved the dressers and mirror in the bedroom. Lots of places don’t provide those. Plenty of space and comfortable seating.

Cozy and comfortable. Convenient to historic downtown and other points of interest. View from the balcony was most excellent and relaxing. Host greeted us upon arrival and was very personable, giving us pointers on what to see and how to get there. Will stay again if ever vacationing in St. Augustine.

We visited St. Augustine for a long weekend. The house was perfect. Only regret is wish we could have stayed longer. The balcony was a perfect spot for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Very walkable if you want to avoid the parking fees in town.

This is the perfect place to stay while visiting St. Augustine. The home is close to everything you would like to see. We stayed three nights and I wish we could have stayed longer.

The home was very pretty with gorgeous view from the balconies and sunroom. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and chilled on the balcony a lot. The host is very responsive and provides most anything you could need like seasonings, coffee, shampoo, Body, wash, blow, dryer, straightener, sunscreen, and etc. you really enjoyed this stay.
