We loved staying at this cottage! The location made it easy to get around St. Augustine. Close enough to walk & easy enough to drive into town. The house was completely spotless, had mostly all we needed. The hosts provided ground coffee which was delicious. All we needed was the milk & there were plenty of places nearby to get things like that. Definitely 5 stars & we hope to go back again another time! Highly recommended!

Cute cottage

Cute cottage in a great location. Easily walk to historic downtown. The cottage is very comfortable and very clean. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Hidden gem

This is a tiny home that is big on personality and comfort. Perfect for one or two people.Lots of special little touches to make my stay memorable. It's conveniently located to the downtown historic area. Communication was great, I would stay here again.

Beautifully decorated cottage

Don’t know who the decorator is but they did an amazing job. Very cozy , clean Key West style cottage in Lincolnville about a half mile from downtown St Aug. walking distance to the old town and just a block or so away from Fish Camp restaurant and Ice Plant Bar. Definitely would recommend a stay here

Great quick get a way!

Me and my wife came here on a quick trip. It was a perfect. You can walk to most of anything. But we Ubered downtown, 10 bucks every time. If you’re looking for an intimate spot, this is it. We will be back.

This Charming cottage offers everything you're looking for!Beautiful attention to detail thru-out. Ideal location in historic Lincolnville where you can take a short walk to enjoy local dining and the St Augustine Distillery or spend the day exploring all the sights of the Old City. You will definately leave calling this your "Home away from Home" Can't wait to return!

Great place!

Even better in person. Perfect location. Very clean and spacious. Private. The host had wine, coffee and brownies there, which we thought was a very nice touch. Comfortable bed. Big bathroom with nice big tub and shower and specialty soaps. Within walking distance to restaurants etc.. We made reservations at French restaurant around the corner from cottage. If it wasn’t so cold out, we would have walked. The cottage had a heating system which was a plus. Very cozy. Highly recommend!

Cozy Cottage for Two!

Lovely cottage with great amenities! We stayed for 3 nights for the Nights of Lights in December. Perfect location about 2 miles to the center of downtown. Host was great. Loved the little extras --flowers, goodies, and homemade soap. Cozy and Warm -- we would definitely recommend this cottage.

Perfect getaway

This was the perfect place to stay for us to enjoy the lights of St. Augustine. The pictures are exactly how the house looks, was very clean and private. I do agree with others that parking is for a regular sized car not a big truck. We loved everything about this rental and would definitely rent again! The host was amazing and attentive.

Perfect for two

Excellently done. Felt at home. Details in this home were well thought out. Only thing that could've made this more excellent, would be a king bed. Would recommend this home to any couple!!!

Beautiful VRBO!

Lovely new build with all the amenities! The host has thought of everything and the location is perfect for being able to walk to downtown but far enough to be away from all the noise. We had a wonderful time. Very cozy and comfortable.

WOW factor in St Augustine!

Oh how lovely everything was. The owners were amazing with the small hiccup I had after leaving. There were welcome chocolates and coffee on hand upon arrival. The decor was magazine splendid and juxtaposed against the old of St Augustine with the holiday lights and decor made our get away hallmark movie ready! We will definitely return. Thank you!

Delightful cottage part 2

This ia our second year staying here and its more delightful than we remembered....the distance to downtown is perfect for walking...we unfortunately booked during hurricane milton but the house held power and the city parking ramp was free for us to park our rental so we didn't have to even worry about the car...10 out of 10 best vrbo stay we've had!

Perfect in EVERY way

This was probably our best ever VRBO rental and we stay at several a year. It was perfectly decorated, thoughtfully appointed, ultra comfortable, and overall a perfect private oasis. I cannot thank the hosts enough for offering this property as a vacation home. Our visit with our daughter at Flagler was even better because of this unit. Loved it

Lovely in all ways

We loved this property for our 3 night visit to St.Augustine area for kayaking. Perfect space for the two of us with a spacious bathroom, comfy living room, and well appointed kitchen. Great location for us! We waked to the Fish Camp for dinner one night and Ice Plant for another. We spent our last evening and next morning in historic downtown not even 5 minutes away (by car). Look forward to returning when it's little cooler so we can enjoy the cozy porch areas. Thanks so much! And thanks for the great communication with our questions!

Truly charming and delightful cottage

Me and my husband had an amazing time staying at this beautiful cottage! Walking distance to the distillery, and the historic district and all the sightseeing. Highly recommend the Fish Camp great seafood and friendly staff! The cottage is designed with such a great taste and attention to detail. We truly appreciated all the amazing touches such as the wine wall, coffee and handcrafted soaps! The place had everything we needed at our disposal. We also enjoyed the privacy of the back patio facing a wooded area. The host provided all the necessary instructions for accessing the property and was quick to respond. Thank you for a great stay and we will be coming back again! Adelina and Bernie
