Magically serene and peaceful neighborhood next to all of the best spots downtown. The sky is clear for stargazing at night and you can often see horse-drawn carriages drive by this prime downtown location. Enjoy your morning coffee on either of the relaxing porches. Often birds and owls find peace in the tall canopy in the backyard.

Awesome stay!!!

It was fantastic me & my wife had a pleasure to stay in beautiful cottage it was great walking distance to downtown & just peaceful relaxing I will definitely do this again if there is availability again it was awesome place very welcoming.

Cute cottage

Cute cottage in a great location. Easily walk to historic downtown. The cottage is very comfortable and very clean. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

The property was updated and clean. The washer and dryer were an additional benefit. The location is a short drive to the historical district.

Hidden gem

This is a tiny home that is big on personality and comfort. Perfect for one or two people.Lots of special little touches to make my stay memorable. It's conveniently located to the downtown historic area. Communication was great, I would stay here again.

Will Definitely Be Back!!

We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay for our first Saint Augustine trip! The home is decorated beautifully and everything is very comfortable. And it was spotlessly clean! The host made sure to provide all the necessities we could have asked for. The location is exceptional for touring around St Augustine. We realized a three night stay was not enough to fully enjoy all St Augustine has to offer and we will definitely plan to rent this home again when we return!

Cozy Cottage for Two!

Lovely cottage with great amenities! We stayed for 3 nights for the Nights of Lights in December. Perfect location about 2 miles to the center of downtown. Host was great. Loved the little extras --flowers, goodies, and homemade soap. Cozy and Warm -- we would definitely recommend this cottage.

Wonderful Stay

Very close to the historic district and restaurants. The bed was very cozy and the tub was perfect after a day of waking. We had everything we needed and would stay again!

Enjoyable Florida stay

The house was exceptionally clean and welcoming, and just right for the two of us. We enjoyed being close to the downtown historic district and also the restaurants within walking distance.

This Charming cottage offers everything you're looking for!Beautiful attention to detail thru-out. Ideal location in historic Lincolnville where you can take a short walk to enjoy local dining and the St Augustine Distillery or spend the day exploring all the sights of the Old City. You will definately leave calling this your "Home away from Home" Can't wait to return!

Great quick get a way!

Me and my wife came here on a quick trip. It was a perfect. You can walk to most of anything. But we Ubered downtown, 10 bucks every time. If you’re looking for an intimate spot, this is it. We will be back.

Beautifully decorated cottage

Don’t know who the decorator is but they did an amazing job. Very cozy , clean Key West style cottage in Lincolnville about a half mile from downtown St Aug. walking distance to the old town and just a block or so away from Fish Camp restaurant and Ice Plant Bar. Definitely would recommend a stay here

Anniversary Trip

Great spot for our weekend anniversary getaway. We loved exploring Lincolnville on foot, and nearby proximity to a fabulous meal at Fish Camp and several breweries/distilleries. The bathroom was luxurious.

Wonderful Cottage

Enjoyed our stay. Cottage was even more lovely and comfortable than photos depict! Location was close to the best sites and restaurants in historic St Augustine. Had a wonderful time and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!
