This property offers a wonderful open concept first floor with 1st and 2nd-floor primary bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a 2nd-floor laundry room, stainless steel appliances, granite kitchen counter tops, travertine floors, updated bathrooms, coffered and tray ceilings in the bedrooms, grand 12’ ceilings, bedroom TVs, a surround sound 65” TV in the family room, and 5 car parking.

We enjoyed our stay with our family. The house was clean and the proximity to the beach was good. We did have a couple things that we called to have addressed and/or repaired. They were pretty prompt to service them. All in all it was a great vacation!

A perfect place to stay with our parents, kids and dog! The proximity to the dog park was amazing! The elevator was a nice perk for our parents. The house was clean, spacious and nicely decorated to feel like a home away from home.

Amazing home for our larger group

The property fut our entire family with ample space. The property manager was attentive throughout the stay. Would definately stay again.

Location near tennis courts made this location perfect for us. A longer walk to beach entrance worked for some of my group but the availability to drive and park for free close to entrance worked for the restPool was not used as it's always in shade and just too cold. Also no outdoor seating in sun anywhere so sometimes we all sat in the garage to be able to sit in the sunThe picture of living room is not current. Larger couch is there now Bedrooms were all good size and the whole House was very clean House was pet friendly but walking up and down stairs into the house with two dogs was definately a workout! No view of any kind.

Exactly as pictured

The house was very comfortable and well stocked. New living room furniture (different from pictures). Comfortable beds and bedrooms. Plenty of linens. Beach is a comfortable walk (about 15 min), easy and safe walk or bike ride. Great communication with Island Reality before, during, and after our stay.

Lovely & Spacious House

We stayed with family and friends & had a great vacation. Our kids were able to ride bikes in the little neighborhood. The beach was a short bike ride away. The house itself was very clean and spacious! The pool is small but worked for us.

Annual Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 7 adults and 4 children and this house was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone and comfortable sleeping arrangements. House was clean and fairly well stocked. This neighborhood is really nice with easy access to the beach and Chaplin park. Highly recommend renting bikes for the week with pull behind carts for the easiest beach access, there is no parking at the beach access but lots of bike racks. Great island location for all activities on Hilton head. The only issue we had was the family room TV would all of a sudden get super loud (volume 80-90) and you couldn’t get it to turn down. This happened several times and we finally powered off the sound system as it kept switching between tv and sound system speakers. Recommendations: some plastic dishes for kids (bowls/plates/cups) placemats for glass table - one more “comfy” piece of furniture in living room. These are very small things!! We had an amazing time, would highly recommend and we are talking about next summer already.

Great vacation

The property is wonderful, one of the best we have rented. Exactly as pictured. Everything you need is there. The amenity package in each bathroom and the kitchen was a nice surprise. I cannot say enough about the management company. The best I have ever dealt with. Thank you Brenda and all for being so caring.

It is an easy walk to the beach if the weather is nice and not too hot. It is a very challenging walk if it is hot, sunny and you are carrying beach gear. However, the company we stayed with provided a free shuttle to the beach. The shuttle was large enough for all our gear. This was a game changer.

Our third stay in this home??

Well stocked kitchen. 1st fl bath very tight. Pool is pretty small. Better instructions for TV use age. Great to have use of garage for bikes, etc. good location.

Good location

Floor plan is smaller than it appears in photos. Carpets and pool deck area are in need of cleaning. Our grandkids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Lot of stairs, thank goodness for elevator. Well stocked kitchen. Beach shuttle was super convenient for all of our stuff and they were prompt and friendly. Beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. Property manager was helpful and courteous. Overall a good experience!

3 families and a tropical storm

We had a group of 3 families with small children and found this house to be very comfortable and had a great time! The pool is such a plus for kids!! The beach is a short golf-cart ride away- having the beach buggy service is so NICE! You could walk to the beach, however it is mostly paved road with no shade so it would be a hot journey. Great communication with property mgmt., especially as we did have some weather move in while on vacation- they kept us informed the whole time. The pool area does need some TLC- but overall did not negatively impact our experience. It was a quiet neighborhood and close to a park as well which is great for kids/families.
