Enjoyed the location, access to comal and downtown New Braunfels. Bedrooms were large and plenty of bedding/pillows. Pool on property was also enjoyable.

Perfect vacation rental

We loved our stay here. It was clean and had everything that we needed in the kitchen. It was in the perfect location and we will definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

We stayed at Fluss Haus while we were attending Wurstfest. The place was well-maintained and exactly as we anticipated. We love that our hosts left us a cute little welcome gift as well. We would definitely one back!!

House was very clean and beds were so very comfortable. Best part is real beds and no bunkbeds. The manager was kind and helpful. Would highly recommend.

River Trip

This location is the BEST! It’s located at the end near the end of the public Comal River access and has its own private exit. The property owner was so helpful, kind and readily available. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. 10/10 will stay here again!!!

Great Place! Great Location!

The condo was clean, organized, and had all of the amenities we needed. The owner of the property was friendly and prompt with communication. The location was within walking distance of Schlitterbaun and a few other restaurants. We had 2 babies, a toddler, teenager and 4 adults with us and we had plenty of room.

Great Stay

A very clean condo with all of the perfect amenities. Perfect location in town and close to our favorite places. Our host was quick to answer any questions and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Review

Overall good. There were a few strange instances with a women with blonde hair working on the unit next to us. Still not sure what was being accomplished, but door mats and random things were moved in and out around the walk ways including the rocks and dirt. Just very odd. Otherwise, a very good unit and place to stay.

Amazing location

Property is very well appointed with 4 large (and comfy) beds. Located in the heart of everything, we walked to the water park, were minutes from our tubing destination and a 3 minute drive to downtown. Would highly recommend for families and groups!

Very good overall….solid 4 star property. Very clean condo in a great location. Accommodated our party of 9 comfortably. All the necessities provided. Manager / owner easily accessible to answer questions and address any concerns.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great location, beautiful place that’s been recently updated! Loved the helpful info provided by hosts! This property is even more gorgeous than photos! Can’t say enough great things about the property! We will definitely be back!

Perfect for a weekend getaway

Everything was perfect. Very clean and very comfortable for the group of 6 that we had. Just needed more towels and washcloths. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Hope to come back soon!

Beautiful place!

It was a beautiful place to stay with such easy access to the comal and quick trip to the Guadalupe! The owner was so helpful whenever we needed it! Will definitely come back!

Love this location, close to the river and across the street from Schlitterbahn. Very clean and welcoming. It had everything we needed for our stay.

Perfect location

Place was clean. Only suggestion is Double bed mattresses were not comfortable as they dipped in middle and probably need replacement but master suite was great.

This is the perfect location for so many things. You are in the heart of New Braunfels and it is a central location to hundreds of activities. This condo is perfect for a large or small family. We have a hot tub & pool area also available. Schlitterbahn is across the street so is a public river entrance. You can drop your tube and come right out at our private entrance\/exit in about 45 minutes. We are located on a big horseshoe bend in the river. You can also walk to Landa Park and go in at the Chutes also. They also have a beautiful golf course and lots of hiking trails. You can fish at our river access area. If you want to shop the outlets are close or you can walk into town.
