Sea Rock, an updated 3 bdrm, 2 bath single level house, is a relaxing getaway with spacious deck space, high ceilings and an open living concept. On a large corner lot in the desirable Singing Sands subdivision, Sea Rock is happily situated steps from the walkway to the beach and from the neighborhood pool! Sleeps 11 people max. Dog friendly (max of 2 - $125 fee) No cats allowed, Golf cart and elevator are optional add-ons.

Sea Rock is a Non Smoking or vaping facility.

Great place and great Location

Direct access to the beach and nice quiet neighborhood. House was exactly as described in the listing. Property manager was very responsive through the entire process. We will return. Thank you for a fun getaway weekend.

Family vacation

Family dose of salty air

We enjoyed our family beach getaway. The deck provided a nice place for great beach views. The short walk or very quick ride in the golf cart allowed us to quickly escape to the beach.

Crystal Beach Vacation

No wine glasses, no step in shower, needs a decent grill. The deck & location was perfect. Not anyone’s fault but lots of mosquitoes & jelly fish that week.

Hubby work/wifey relax Trip

The property was fantastic for our needs! I had to work a couple of days, but my wife was able to stay at the house and relax. Since this stay wasn’t in peak season, it was very quiet with hardly anyone around. Totally loved our time and will definitely be returning!

Family weekend

The home was really nice and the view was amazing. There was plenty of room for us our children and grandchildren. The property manager was extremely helpful with everything, would definitely recommend the place

Great views for not being on the beach!

My husband and I enjoyed a quiet weekend at Sea Rock. Although the home is not on the beach, it offers very good views of the water ... I could even see the Gulf while working in the kitchen! The house itself met our needs ... a few things could use some refreshing or minor repairs, but overall the house worked well for our needs. I would consider renting Sea Rock again.

Awesome house and great location!

We loved the house from the minute we saw it! There is a great view of the ocean and the very quiet neighborhood from the large deck, which has ample seating options. The home is beautifully decorated, with plenty of sleeping space and seating, and the kitchen is a dream. The location is a short walk to the boardwalk that leads to the beach and also just steps from the neighborhood pool. Do yourself a favor and get the golf cart as well. Jessica was easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again if Jessica will have us!

Overall We Really enjoyed our stay. The home was tidy, neat & aesthetically beautiful to the eye w/ details. The ocean literally did look like Crystal's on the ocean waves. I would suggest the stay to friends.

Perfect location!

We loved our stay at this perfect little beach house. Short walk to the beach and the pool was literally next door. The house was gorgeous and comfortable. We would definitely go back!

Very Nice!

We had a group of 5 women over 50 staying on a Beach Girls Beach getaway. The house was more than accommodating. GREAT Beach/ocean views and access. We had a couple of technical difficulties, but Jessica (hostess) ALWAYS answered my texts and even asked a technician over to the house on Sunday.

It would of been good if there was more cooking utensils, bowls, sheet pans etc. just a thought. Also toilet paper, trash bags, seasonings just a few things to make it better.
