Our stay was for a very sad occasion. The property allowed for family and friends to gather- but also step out and have the tranquility of the ocean… parking was difficult, so we would encourage small vehicles and maybe one large one. There is free overnight parking at the Santa Clara Rec Cemter-about a 7 minute walk.

These properties were awesome and located on the beach. It was very convenient with younger children to have the beach access. It took us a little bit to sort out the buildings we were staying in but over all the properties met our needs quite well. Parking was a challenge but we made it work.Overall we had an amazing vacation and appreciate being able to stay in a centrally located area with the beach access and boardwalk right outside our door.

Hi Mark,
Appreciate your stay with us. However, In response to your review, you initially requested to stay 2 extra nights in one of the units 3 weeks prior to your arrival which you authorized and paid for to VRBO. Then on the night before departure for the scheduled other units at 7PM said you never confirmed the extension of stay for the one unit. It was confirmed through the VRBO platform and you have to confirm the charge, it is not just charged when we send the request for payment. You never said anything during your stay about there being a cockroach until you said it was an unauthorized charge and then wanted a refund. This is a retaliatory review.
