THE CONDO - REGENCY 120
This extravagant 1,438 square foot condo sits in a private resort with two pools and hot tubs. Each of the three bedrooms is very spacious. We fell in love with the high ceilings, spacious floor plan and garden views, and we hope you will too!

POOL RENOVATION NOTICE (October 25 - November 25, 2026)
The pool next to our building will be closed for replastering from October 25 to November 25, 2026. During this period guests may hear intermittent construction noise from saw cutting, demolition and tile work. Pool 2 and the Poipu Kai pool remain fully available throughout, and we have reduced the nightly rate to reflect the temporary inconvenience. Mahalo for your understanding!

Best of all, there's no missing out on the action. The condo's location provides easy access to the pool and BBQ area, and the beach is an easy walk away (5 min to Brennecke's Beach, 10 min to Poipu Beach). Located on the second floor, the condo feels very private and you don't need to worry about noise from upstairs. Stay cool with the air conditioning or open the sliding doors and enjoy a soft breeze on the lanai. We provide the pool and beach toys so you can focus on the fun!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
- Master suite: king bed; master bath with double sink and walk-in shower
- 2nd bedroom: two twin beds; the second full bathroom with walk-in shower is across the hallway
- 3rd bedroom (upstairs loft, open to the living room): king bed with an adjacent private powder room

FAMILIES
For small children we have a travel crib, changing pad, kid-friendly utensils, sand toys, beach chairs and a beach umbrella.

LOCATION
Stroll down the lush greenbelt to Kauai's best beaches (Brennecke's Beach, Poipu Beach Park and Shipwrecks Beach). Located in the heart of Poipu, spend the day snorkeling, swimming, exploring the tide pools and watching the sea turtles - or just relax on your lanai. Self-parking is complimentary.

We had a great stay with our family (3 kids under 10). Had all the essentials for kids and there were many thoughtful details throughout the place that made our stay very comfortable (wagon for hauling gear to the beach, step stool and books & toys for our 4-year-old, ice packs for the cooler). Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The place was exactly as described and was very well stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils. The rooms had very nice furniture in them and we did not have to live out of our suit cases. We found the beds and pillows to be very comfortable. The unit was spacious and the 6 of us were very comfortable. The beach stuff was nice to use.Near the end of our stay the hurricane hit us and Dominika made sure we had everything we needed and checked up on us the next day and offered us a power bank if we needed to charge our phones. The unit had several games, books, and puzzles that we were grateful for while we waited out the storm and when the power was out. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. We enjoyed the easy access to the pool and hot tub as well as the quick walk to the beach! We enjoyed Old Kōloa Town, nearby restaurants and exploring the beautiful island of Kauai!

Absolutely beautiful property. We stayed there with my family of 4 and all my brother and his wife. The condo was clean, spacious, well located and Dominika has thought of everything to make it a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

This place is a gem. Clean, with thoughtful amenities (such as the charger on the nightstand and sand toys for little ones). A short walk to Poipu Beach. Easy check-in and out. The host was kind and easy to work with. The hot tub every night was icing on the cake.

This condo is exactly as advertised: spacious, clean, modern, and stocked with everything from beach towels to spices. The beach is a quick, beautiful walk through the garden. The pools (three of them) are each uniquely delightful.The trade winds and plentiful windows keep the condo breezy, and the AC cools you off quickly as well when you want. We used the AC at night and when we were packing. We enjoyed coffee on the lanai every morning to the sounds of all the birds. Dominika is an exceptional communicator and we will be back.

We loved the location of this condo. We barely used our car as we could walk to everything from shopping to restaurants. We also loved the amount of space this condo provided. It had everything in the kitchen that we needed. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Nice place, great location

Really nice place, roomy with an excellent living room and kitchen area. Bedrooms all in good shape and everything very clean. Location is fantastic, you can stroll down to multiple great beaches, or walk to Kalapaki Joe's for drinks, dinner or both! Would stay here again without a doubt!

Great Stay in Poipu

This property was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Lots of room, plenty of great places to eat nearby. And easy walk to great beaches. Also easy to see the rest of the island. We would definitely stay here again.

Family’s first trip

We had a wonderful stay at Dominika’s property in Poipu! The rental was in great shape, conveniently close to some very kid friendly beaches, and the perfect accommodation for our family. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great times

Very nice property with easy walk to Poipu beach for swimming and snorkeling. Perfect for our family with older kids, they could come and go to the beach as they wanted to.

Wonderful place to stay

The property was perfect for us The condo was beautiful, really well maintained Was like a 5 star hotel clean and charming Had everything we needed. I especially liked the decor! Holidays in Kauai

The condo offered an ideal location from which to snorkel and tour the Poipu Beach area. The three sleeping areas were perfect for our family of 6. The condo book was very helpful in suggesting activities and restaurants in the area.

Living in the moment

This was a wonderful place to meet our Alaska family! Short walk to the beaches! We enjoyed sunrise and sunset, turtles, dolphins, chickens, swimming pool and lovely walks on beautiful resort grounds.

One month stay

My family and I were in Kauai for a month and stayed here that whole time. We found the unit to be very comfortable. It’s about a ten minute walk to Poipu beach and a few restaurants which was nice. The unit is spacious, comfortable and very quiet. We would for sure stay here again!

Fabulous 3 bedroom condo

We were wowed from the start. Property was very clean and beds were comfortable! We liked have two king bedrooms. Close to beach less than 5 miles away. Perfect for family too. Don’t pass this up. Great place to stay!

Awesome Wood Furniture

The condo was so clean, it made for an amazing first impression. It has some beautiful wooden furniture. It is close to the pool and hot tub. We loved our morning walks to the beach. There were beach chairs, snorkels, boogie boards, umbrellas and even a cooler. We would stay here again.

Amazing!!!

We were so happy and comfortable staying here! Location was perfect, 5 min walk to Brennecke’s & Poipu beaches. The place was beautiful, well maintained and so comfortable. We had everything we would need plus more. AC in all bedrooms and in main area. Enough beds for our family of 6 and plenty of space for us to spread out comfortably. Our family was SO happy here and loved staying in this condo. We did NOT want to leave! It was a wonderful place to stay. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Clean and spacious condo

Condo was clean and spacious provided all the water toys we needed for snorkeling boogie boarding and chairs and umbrella. Property is close to the pool nice hot tub and bbqs. I would have liked to have been closer to the beach. It is about a 15 minute walk to the beach which is located on the Hyatt resort. Over all it was a good stay.

Aloha Bert, Thanks for taking the time to write your review. I am very sorry to see that you have given us 4 stars because of the location of Shipwreck Beach. You walk 15min to this beach which is by the Hyatt. However, most guests choose to walk down the greenbelt to Brennecke's beach which is a short 5min walk. I hope that you understand that there is nothing I can do about the distance to the Hyatt. In the future I would recommend to inquire first with the host if the property is a beach front rental before booking. Take care, Dominika

Popiu Stay

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The fans and air conditioning worked great. The condo is very close to one of the three pools you have access to. It is a very easy, less than 10 minute, walk to beach. It was a great stay.
