Perfect layout for a family. Everything you could possibly need under one roof. The host was easy to communicate with, the house was mint, and you cant beat the location. Everything was clean and well maintained.

It was a very clean house. Beds are very comfortable. House was very accommodating. Pool is nice. Pool area needs a little TLC in the future. Host was very nice and checked in on us to see how things were going. Plenty of towels and beach towels. He even ordered us a cooler for the beach. I would stay there again. Close to everything in Sarasota. Close to beaches.

We had an absolute blast staying at this property, very clean inside and out, the host was very responsive when we had a question, very calm nice neighborhood, was everything we wanted plus more then what we expected, we will definitely be booking this property again in a heartbeat!

We absolutely loved the heated pool and lanai area. The owner was extremely professional and checked in several times to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay.

Fantastic stay AGAIN!

This is a wonderful home with large rooms, the pool is amazing and huge! The house is always clean, and the crew Greg has cleaning the pool and landscaping do an excellent job. Thanks for letting us stay again Greg, we always enjoy your home. The location is amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The heated pool and patio were wonderful and the house was very clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Great Vacation!

Great place!!

My family had the best time here. It was clean, quiet, and relaxing! The owner was so nice and easy to reach if needed! My kids LOVED the pool. We planned to book again this year, but the dates didn't work out!!

1 month vacation - very nice home and pool - well appointed kitchen - many extras provided, beach chairs and towels, outdoor seating. We have friends and family in Sarasota and house accommodates guests for entertaining. Great month!

Gracious host and lovely home

Greg was very communicative throughout our stay and addressed our questions promptly. Pool was cleaned weekly and house was power washed during our stay. Heated pool a bonus during the cooler month of December. Great fenced in yard for privacy and security. Quiet family type neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again, and have already referred friends!

Great Location!

This place was great! We loved the screened in lanai and our own private pool. We spent a lot of time enjoying this area during the day and by eating meals and watching tv out there too. We joked about google maps always telling us we were 20 minutes away from whatever we wanted to do so it was a convenient location. They also provided extra amenities that we often haven't encountered at other places like all of our paper towel, toilet paper and K-cup pods. We would definitely stay here again!

Picture perfect home has everything you need! Owner is very attentive to his home and your needs easy to communicate with. House is immaculate pool is so refreshing very private pool guy keeps it so clean knows his stuff if you’re looking to rent a home look no further this one is it! everything is near by love this place.💙

Great place to stay!

I can’t say enough wonderful things house was immaculate, in a nice quiet neighborhood but close to grocery stores , not far from Siesta Beach, St ArmandsCircle, and maybe 40 min from Venice. Greg was a super host and got back to me when ever I had a question. I tried to rebook for next yr but it was already booked so I hope to rebook in 2024. Thank you for sharing your house with us! We loved our stay!

Longing

Despite Storm Debby, we had a wonderful time in Sarasota. Landlord Greg was there to help and advise us the whole time, thank you very much for that! The cute little house is equipped with everything you could think of and more. We also really appreciated the quiet and friendly neighborhood. From here you can reach the beautiful beaches, numerous restaurants and shops within a few minutes. Unfortunately, physically we are back in Germany, but in our hearts we are still in Sarasota Springs

Fantastic rental!

It’s an older home so there will always be a quirk or two. The big deal is how responsive Greg, the owner, was. Amazing place to stay and worth every penny. You’ll never find a motel, hotel, or condo to compare with this. We stayed a month and enjoyed every second. Very safe location, close to every thing, and the pool is even bigger in person. Rufina does a great job cleaning, Kirk was amazing cleaning the pool and giving local attractions help, and the landscaper was also great. Thanks for having us Greg,hope to stay again soon!

Wonderful experience

Efficient and seamless from start to finish. Very comfortable home and beautiful pool/ with total privacy in the lanai/pool area. Beds were comfortable. My only suggestion would be to provide additional kitchen towels and microfiber drain board. Bathroom towels need to be renewed (they were clean but dingy) and not nearly enough hangers in the closet. We "donated" more. Convenient location away from the "touristy" area (which we prefer). Short drive to the beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Clean Safe Location

Our family of 7 stayed here for a little over a week. The pool safety gate was nice to have for the kids. The entire home is very clean and has a great outdoor space for entertaining with a heated pool. Like other reviews said the home is conveniently located about 15-20 minutes from some great beaches (Siesta Key and Lido Beach) Our family also enjoyed the Amish Markets for ice cream, food, and a night out just outside the neighborhood (5 minutes away). This is a newer unit, and I would never ding a review but to keep this a 5-star home I think a few additional touches could be made for the home like stocking it with some Board games, extra beach towels and pool towels, and getting all ceiling fans working. We felt we were constantly washing towels and towels aren't a common thing families travel with. Lastly, we did find the master bedroom mattress was very soft and you would sink into it so my wife and I let kids sleep there and we moved to the middle bedroom. This may be our preference sleeping on a more firm mattress just as an FYI. Overall this was a fantastic place to stay and we will gladly book again. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful home! 5-star booking.

(Happy) First Guest at new VRBO

My family was the lucky guests to be the first at this newly listed VRBO in Sarasota. This home was very comfortable, warm and nice Ranch layout. The home was super clean, beautiful thick white towels for personal and additional towels for pool usage. A smoke free home. Spacious three bedrooms and closet space. Great wash dryer, dishwasher and everything you would need in the kitchen - coffee maker, blender, tons of pots and pans, knives, glassware, etc. A new grill, beautiful patio with seating. This home provided relaxation all the time. A very quiet neighborhood close to Amish farmers market shopping, Publix and Winn Dixie, CVS. Quick drive to all the beaches. Our stay allowed us to visit 4 different beaches ( Casey Keys, Lido Keys, Turtle Bay Beach and Siesta Keys) and a quick trip up to Tampa Bay/St. Petersburg to visit friends and DT Tampa. The BEST was the heated pool, for last night swims, after the beach swims. We choose this VRBO home because of the pool size which allows for lap swimming plus fun swimming play! I can't stress enough how lovely the pool and house was. The host was amazing and was on top of all communication. The home was a perfect set up for us. TV in all rooms. Great Internet for business and personal. Able to sign into personal streaming accounts without a problem. Actually we stayed here for over two weeks and had no problems at all. I would highly recommend this host, this home to anyone. And can't wait to come back. Made our December holiday stay perfect. Nothing makes a vacation like a private heated pool in my book. I miss the sunshine of Sarasota and the private pool. Perfect Host!!!

Great place to spend time.

Home was very clean and roomy. Great location. Safe neighborhood to safely walk your dog. Also, fenced back yard to use when necessary. Great kitchen with large island for cooking and preparing food. And to top it all off---- there's a huge pool!!. Cage over pool/lanai keeps the bugs outside where they belong. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home is lovely, very well equipped, and the heated pool was a bonus in the cooler weather. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to shopping and the beach. Greg was a wonderful landlord, accessible and checked in to see how we were doing. I would highly recommend this rental.
