Overall we had a wonderful stay. The property is in an ideal location to visit the Grand Canyon and is just about one hour away. The house has a beautiful view as well. The beds were comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews, the driveway is quite steep but was ok when dry and using a minivan. Good experience.

accused damaging glass on a fireplacewe didn’t use! accused of tobacco in a sink from a sink that backed up not are! not to mention sheets smelled like body odor and place wasn’t deep cleaned! boxes outside and trash but owner complained we didn’t dispose of trash there was no where to dispose off!

Great communication with host. Easy drive to area attractions. Only an hour drive to the Grand Canyon. Williams is 10 minutes away for dining out, shopping, fuel. Great view down the hillside from the covered porch. House is clean and has everything you need. Tons of National Forest roads nearby if you are in to off road exploring! Would definitely recommend if visiting the area!

Staying in this home was a great experience! This was a very private, comfortable stay and we had everything we needed. It is appropriately name as it was a cozy little hideaway for those needing to get away and enjoy nature. We were about an hour from the Grand Canyon and it was a beautiful scenic drive there and back. Thanks so much for hosting us and we definitely recommend a stay here!Caution regarding driving the road into the cabin as well as a driveway, make sure your car is not one that is low to the ground.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hillside. The views are amazing and the location is perfect for exploring the national park and forests. The beds were very comfortable too. We were comfortable and would stay again!One thing to note, the road to get there is primitive so a car can be tricky getting in and out. Larger vehicles like crossovers or trucks are more ideal.

Great, quiet place

We will be returning for another stay in this home. We enjoyed our stay so much. Easy communication with the owner, and the home had everything we needed. Just short of an hour drive to the Grand Canyon, close to Williams for food and groceries.

Clean & Spacious home with a beautiful View. Well maintained and has all that you need. Quit, private & relaxing. Made me feel like I was home. Host was very nice and gave many good recommendations for the area. With out a doubt one of the best places that I have stayed.

great stay

picked this spot bc of its proximity to the GC. ended up working great to see that with the fam. house itself was clean and matched the info / pics. views from the porch were amazing. walks we took down the road offered great views as well. was easy from here to continue our trip to utah.

I loved how distanced you were from other homes and the view! Absolutely beautiful! It had all the amenities you could ask for. We felt at home.

My grandson and I really enjoyed our stay here. Each day we had fun with various local attractions and afterwards relaxing on the beautiful porch overlooking the valley and mountains. Morning rooster calls, donkeys braying and what sounded like baby goats welcomed our day. Would easily consider a stay in the future.

Birthday Getaway

Very glad we stayed at Hillside Hideaway! The home was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed morning coffee on the porch and all the night stars. Our host was very attentive and we would definitely return. Highly recommend.

Wonderful!

The house is adorable and in a great location if you crave some down time and privacy! The house is stocked and set up for you to feel at home. The views and breezes that blow through are refreshing. Would definitely book and stay here again! We may see you next summer with the grandkids in tow!

Great view

Short drive to Grand Canyon. Comfortable home. Awesome porch. Second shower would have been outstanding, yet manageable with just one for three people.
