Clean, quiet place on cul de sac with little stream

Lovely and simple place in the charming older part of Montrose near Lions Park and its trail system along the arroyo. Super clean. Nicely restored home with new wood floors throughout (not bathroom; tiles there). Friendly neighbor. Peaceful backyard with table and umbrella. I took one point off only because there are some pretty lux VRBO rentals out there! This is clean and basic with a nice kitchen, good floor plan. Washer and dryer.

Clean comfortable house!

Pleasant quiet peaceful house to stay in middle of Montrose. Easy to find and central to everything. Beds were great!

Great Place!

Quiet neighborhood location yet only a few blocks from center of town. Freshly renovated house at end of cul-de-sac. Extremely comfortable. Next time we stay in Montrose I'll check this place for availability first! I highly recommend this home!

Lovely, comfortable and quiet home

Very cute home at the end of a quiet street! It was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed to make it the perfect home base for our visit to Black Canyon of the Gunnison. If we’re ever back in the area, we’d happily stay here again!

Great property. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Dead end street and very quiet. Property manager was really easy to work with!!! I will stay there again if I need top travel to Montrose again

Darling Tidy Home with Great Host

This home was so tidy and cute. We love the freshness of everything and had the perfect amenities needed for our stay. The host was perfectly communicative from the booking through the check out process - she took such great care of us!

Great location for the national park and hiking areas. Beautiful area of the country. Karen was a gracious host and the communications were excellent. Thank you for your hospitality. Great little house

Perfect rental for exploring Gunnison. Close to the national park and to the little town of Montrose. Very clean and roomy for our family.

Nice place to stay and use as a home base

Montrose and the surrounding area have a lot to offer and this place is a clean, comfortable home away from home. The owner was flexible in certain aspects of our stay, which was much appreciated. We would stay again.

Red Door

The house is a cute grey with red door. We arrived late afternoon, couldnt get the keyless lock to work, but the owner very graciously sent her son over with a set of keys. The washer and dryer were a nice surprise! We didnt use the stove, I dont cook when on vacation. I am 77 and my hubby is 80 (ALZHEIMERS). Our toilets at home r much higher, we both struggled with the low one. Karen has some really neat and intersting decorating items. Love the red! When we were first married we bought our house about 5 blocks south of this one so we knew the area well. Karen has thought of everything needed! Thanks! Sherri

Quiet stay in Montrose

Home was kept very clean and came equipped with everything we needed and more. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to airport, downtown Montrose and shopping/restaurants 10 min away. We would stay again

Comfy Home Away from Home

Ideally located as a jumping off point for hiking at the Black Canyon and taking enjoying all that Montose has to offer. The comfortable house was perfect for our mini vacation.

Great location & in spite of drizzle, managed to visit Black Canyon lookouts & splendid views we’ll never forget!! Wonderful set up for 3 travelers & would definitely recommend 👍

Hidden little gem

My husband and I are on a 2 week Colorado road trip and this place was just what we needed halfway through. House was extremely clean, bed was comfy and house had everything we needed to feel right at home. Super cute, safe neighborhood walking distance to two parks. The listing was spot on. And the little touches to detail were a nice touch - big fluffy bath towels, blankets to lounge on the couch, firepit and grill are there if you wanted. Black canyon of the Gunnison entrance was literally 25 minutes away. The town has several grocery stores as well as many options to eat. Book this place if you can , you won’t be disappointed!
