The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location is great and within easy walking distance to all the downtown shops, restaurants and bars. The host left clear and easy instructions to the parking and building access. We definitely plan to visit again.

Absolutely loved this condo. The accommodations were cozy and just what my husband and I needed for our 4 night stay. The bed was comfortable, but the shower was the STAR. We were provided with a parking pass and found adequate parking each day. It was in walking distance to tons of dining options and various shops. Kelly was a excellent host, great communication.

Property was clean, easy check in and out. AC sounds like a jet the whole its running and it kicks on and off multiple times. It's located right outside bedroom which makes it hard to sleep with it coming on and off. It was set on 72 so not that low. Only had 2 washcloths but multiple towels. Parking was close and easily accessible. Great location with beautiful view from balcony

Great location directly across from the Battleship. Having a parking pass was the best. Car was in lot right next to condo. Parked on 1st day & never moved car until I left. Easily walk to everything. Loved sitting on the balcony late afternoon with a cocktail & magazine.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Conveniently located and easily walkable. There is a loud bar behind the building that bumped until 2am for those who are noise sensitive. We would absolutely stay again though!

We had an amazing Valentine's Day weekend at the condo. The location was perfect for parking the car and enjoying walking all over Historic Downtown Wilmington. Kelly was a great host, and answered our questions quickly. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We will definitely stay again!

Chose this instead of a nearby hotel and what a good decision! Great location right on Water Street, parking included and super easy. Got a little loud on Friday night but Saturday was much quieter, not sure why. The view is terrific and the unit was well-appointed, clean, and attractive. A great value.

The AC registers all had layer upon layer of black mold. The humidity was probably at 95 per cent. It smelled of old nicotine with a poor attempt to mask with putrid sweet deodorizer. Nauseating. None of our sweaty clothes we hung would dry. The only closet on property was locked so the formal suits and dresses we brought had to be hung over opened doors. Due to the mold we had to vacate the property three days early and had to make accommodations elsewhere out of necessity for our health. Upon relocation, we notified the host who gave us a 100 credit for a prepaid six day stay. The unreasonableness of the host necessitated that we contact VRBOCARE who refunded us for the unused three days after they reviewed our photos of the black mold. I would inquire about mold remediation before thinking of booking this property because layers of mold that extreme didn’t appear overnight. It took quite a while for that to happen.

Location of property was fantastic for experiencing downtown Wilmington. Host communication was great. Having parking included was a big plus. Property interior was nice and all we needed space wise, but floors were a bit dirty. Fan noise in the bedroom was jarring when AC unit would kick on and was quite loud (to be fair we were there during a sweltering heat wave and AC was needed often while in unit). Building FYI, there are many wasp nests in hallways and surrounding the building. Some are mud daubers, some stinging, more aggressive wasps. Just be aware for those who may have allergies.

Place was amazing and the location was unmatched. Able to walk everywhere and parking was no issue. Host made it easy for us to access the building earlier than check in time and available when needed.

Was a great stay

The property was advertised just how it was and the views out the back window were great of the river and of downtown, loved sitting on the deck and reading.
