Enjoy this Newly Renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit with waterfront views. Our bedroom features a king bed, a full bathroom with a walk in shower with a removable shower head and hand rails. Host additional guests on the queen size sleeper sofa!
The open concept living space, entails a full kitchen with a full size fridge, full size range, dishwasher, a microwave, a dining table with additional seating at the island, and a firelog burning fireplace in the living room.
And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

It has a beautiful, updated bathroom as well as a kitchen. You couldn't ask for a better location! There are beautiful views of the waster right from the balcony and is in walking distance of many restaurants and shops in the heart of Charlevoix.

Beautiful Stay fora Beautiful Weekend Away

The location is so convenient to all the shops and restaurants downtown. We really enjoyed the view with a cup of coffee in the morning. The front desk receptionist was so lovely and helpful. A Fantastic Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The particular condo unit was recently remodeled with a fresh, modern look. The view of the lake was beautiful. We enjoyed walking to and thru downtown and loved sitting at the Vue Wine Bar watching the ships come in and out from / to Lake Michigan. Can't wait to go back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay! Edgewater is a nice property with an ideal location and great views. Front desk representative was welcoming and very helpful. The room we selected was clean, updated and had great views of Round Lake, the channel and some of Charlevoix.On-going construction was clearly communicated and did not disrupt our weekend stay aside from not having access to the balcony. Would definitely return!

Room # Changed on us last minute.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our room was changed on us last minute because owners of our previous room (234) decided to extend their stay and booted us to a new room. The new room (233) was outdated, bed and pullout very uncomfortable. The hotel staff was nice and tried to make it right but, I wouldn't stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in a different room last year and fell in love with it. That room was not availible this year so we chose this one. It reminded me of a 1990's apartment. The furniture was old and not comfortable. The shower was a tub shower (not great to have to step into after a marathon). Mini fridge not a full size fridge. No dishwasher. Most of this may have been in the description of the property and I didn't look at the details. It was very clean. The convenience of the location for the Marathon is perfect. The view is amazing. But compared to the unit we stayed in last year, this unit was not worth the money. I would definitely recommend Edgewater Inn but I would not recommend this unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at the Edgewater 30+ times. Last year I gave a rather scathing review as the property and grounds were poorly maintained. Perhaps management took my criticisms to heart; new facade, roof, etc., made for a beautiful new look to the building. The new siding is a great color and looks to be very durable. The unit we stayed in was recently updated; everything was first class. I'm glad to give the stay a 5-star rating.

Wedding weekend

Bathroom was great, bed was super comfortable. The condo could use a box fan to help with noise at night. Need a better wine opener, Another blanket, Kitchen table was super short and chairs on those wheels alittle dangerous. But an amazing stay and would stay there again.
