We had an amazing week! Loved everything about this home!! It accommodated us so well. Th house was so well equipped……beach chairs, umbrellas, surf boards, kayaks!With a variety of chefs…….always found everything needed. The kitchen…living room open space and deck provided for great gatherings of family and friends!We are all hoping to return next year!Jackie D

Jayne’s home was exceptional! We traveled to Ventura for a wedding and our group of 8 had age ranges from 2 - 65. The layout of the house was perfect for a multi-generational family with bedrooms, living spaces AND bathrooms on every level so we could all spread out. The beds are comfy, furniture and decor are beautiful and give elevated beach vibes and she provides all the amenities you could possibly need! The location is unmatched with views of the marina and beach, the park and beach were closer than I expected and so fun for the kids to walk to. She also provides tons of toys, boogie/surfboards and chairs for the beach which was an unexpected surprise. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, thanks for a wonderful weekend Jayne!

The house was great! The location is perfect.The host was very kind and proactive. Noticing that we had children in our reservation the host asked if we wanted a baby gate for the stairs and set it up before our arrival. The house was clean and is well furnished for cooking. The house has a lot of beach and ocean toys (shovels and buckets for sand, boogie boards, surf boards, beach towels, etc) available for use.It was a very relaxing stay!

Another great weekend in this beautiful Ventura beach house. The views are amazing, the home is well stocked for in-home cooking, and the host Jayne is great! We will be back!

The space was the best for the family. Never felt like we were on top of each other and waking up with a view of the beach was perfect. Kitchen was spacious and the walk to the beach was extremely convenient. Thanks for a great time.

Favorite annual getaway

This was our third time staying at this home. We love the location and the house is perfect for our family. Jayne is a wonderful host and we look forward to staying there again in the future.

Kitchen setup and dining table great for sharing meals and doing a puzzle with an astonishingly expansive beachfront view. We each had a great time and want to come back soon.

Amazing stay

Great home, location, layout. Home worked great for all ages. We used this as a home base for being in town for a wedding but it was so beautiful we are looking forward to another stay in the future for a family getaway.

Beautiful house and so much space! The location was perfect for families. Right by the park, beach and playground. The host was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would go back.

This is a Fantastic home! It was a perfect location for our family! The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker etc! The home is clean and well maintained, the pictures don’t do it justice! Jayne communicated well and was quick to respond!And just steps away from the beach.

Spacious, Perfect, Location!!!

The property was perfect for our 2 day office planning retreat! Each room was clean and comfortable. The open layout for the kitchen and living room was perfect for communicating and the views were incredible.

Awesome home in awesome location.

Property manager was excellent. Very responsive. Hope was spotless and very comfortable. The location was outstanding.
