On walking distance to everything but quietly located to withdraw from the crowd. This fully equipped one bedroom apartment hosts up to 4 people. It has a kitchen with a stove to cook. Beach chairs and towels are provided.

Good place to stay

Overall enjoyed the stay one big criticism would be the lack of parking for the area wish the condo had its own parking lot and that it was mentioned in the listing that it does not. But very easy access to the beach and a lot in walking distance

could be 5 stars with a little work

great location. property manager was excellent (Debbie). nicks pizza and big pinks restaurant were excellent. construction on the building next door goes from 8am till 4 or 5 pm monday thru friday. i was afraid to use the pool, an under water light was hanging out with exposed wires. i came for the ocean not the pool anyways.I never recieved a reply to my initial email. when i arrived no reply to my text or phone call. i realize that the host wasnt fluent in english, but it was extremely stressful not knowing if i was going to be stranded without a place to stay. the barber downstairs made some calls and reached the property manager to let me in. Debbie saved the day. i try not to give negative reviews but i feel i must be honest so that improvement can be made in areas that are lacking. i would stay here again because this is a great area on south beach and i now know who to contact if i have problems.

Too Many Issues for a Positive Review

We began our stay with the inability to connect with WiFi in the unit and one person in our party who intended to work during our stay, could never connect to WiFi on her computer. At scattered times a phone could be connected. Our VRBO contact was quick to respond and tried to help but unsuccessful. Nowhere in our unit was there a sheet of instructions or a notebook about some of the complicated appliances, channels for the television set, or any other typical instructions you need when you’re in a new property. A few days in, the elevator was out of order and a wheelchair bound person could not leave our rental for three days until it was fixed. Someone needs to inventory the equipment available - ie. no saucepan was large enough to boil pasta, only one teaspoon was available!?!

Great Location

If you’re staying in South Beach and have a max of 3 people, this place fits the bill nicely. Beach access, close to everything. If you have more than 3 people it will get cramped pretty quickly. Overall would stay here again based on location and price alone.

Bien placé à coté de la plage et de la populaire rue Océan Drive avec une piscine chauffé. Le condo était parfait pour nos besoin, mais il aurait pu être plus propre à notre arrivé. Il n'y a pas de stationnement compris, il y a seulement de le stationnement au privé, il faut le chercher. Nous avons payé pour 6 jours au total 200,00$ us. En conclusion je recommande l'endroit pour les petits budget.

Great location, building and apt a bit grungy, especially bathroom

Location couldn’t have been better, loved proximity to beach/sunrise yoga. Bathroom, precisely the shower was moldy, the curtain as well as caulking.

Great location

We booked this with 2 couples in mind…one canceled so it worked out great because it would be a little tight for 4 unless you’re just sleeping. But great location and pool!

Tiny and expensive

The building was old and not in great shape. I wish somewhere in the listing it would have mentioned there was no parking. We circled the block 4 times looking for a spot. The housekeeper told us where to park, 4 blocks away. Online the rooms looked nice. The rooms were tiny and old. Not at all worth what we paid, the only positive was the location

South Beach pre-cruise

I’ve stayed in this building before, so was aware of the smell in the front lobby. You must run air conditioners to get rid of it . The beds were comfortable and linens clean. The kitchen clean and all utensils available if you were going to cook. Mr. Coffee machine (round filters required). Plenty of beach towels provided, but you have to rent beach chairs on the beach. The shower had hot water, but as people have mentioned there is mold on the window in shower as there isn’t a fan. Had some issues with the fob and wifi code that were attended to by owner! Love South Beach, so glad I got to visit again. Don’t miss the Pointe where you’ll see the cruise ships depart ( check the Port of Miami on line for dates and times). Get out and walk and explore!

Awesome location

Very centrally located, super close to the beach and walkable to Ocean Drive. I would recommend bringing your own toiletries even though it’s listed. There were no towel racks or holders which would be helpful given that a lot of time will probably be spent at the beach.

Good location, otherwise I do not recommend it.

The apartment is smaller than it appears on the pictures, the bathroom is tiny and needs renovation, there was mold around the shower and it was not clean. We were unable to cook during our stay as the gas was not working due to maintenance in the building. Furthermore, the pool could not be used as there was no pool maintenance. The owner should have warned us of these issues, as the price should have been different if you cannot use all the services. The apartment overlooks a parking lot and there was a lot of noise from engines and pollution. Finally, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the sheets and towels smelled musty and were quite deteriorated. Very disappointed with this accommodation, quite expensive by the way, the only good thing is the location, as it was close to all services.

This place had an absolutely prime location! Easy access to the beach! Walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Very reasonable price for location and access to what South Beach had to offer!

Great location, but some issues

Great location! Beds were extremely uncomfortable, linens were dirty, apartment didn't smell good and the apartment was overall not clean. So overall dislikes were cleanliness and bed comfortability.

The minute we opened the lobby door it smelled so bad of mildew and it was old stained and filthy

The room was old . The bedding was covered with old sheets it smelled so bad of mildew. the shower window and rim around the bath tub was stained with mildew . Disgusting. The faucet in the sink was so loose I thought it was going to come apart . It was horrible. I asked for a refund from host and Arbo . She said put the key in the lock and never got back to me or refunded my money. What I’m really upset is that Arbo was no help . I wise in a different state at 8 pm at night with no place to stay and they were more concerned about the host . I had to find a place by myself and miss my daughters birthday arrangements. It was a nightmare!! All I want is now is to get my money back and no one is helping me with that .. I have rented so many times from many places but Arbo your policy is no good. For the customers . You should have tried to help me in out with making sure I was ok in a different state and I was safe

Great beach access condo walkable to lots of food and fun

Small one bedroom condo with 2 full sized beds in bedroom, futon sleeper sofa in living area, and bath tub/shower. Not fancy, but great location. Right on the bike/ walking trail that runs to the pier and all the way up the beach. Rental bikes are available throughout the area. There is a private pool that wasn’t busy.

Girls trip

We absolutely loved our stay. Location was perfect, room was exactly as shown. We could walk to everything we needed. The beach was right out back as told. The beach chairs and umbrella was a big plus. We had a few little issues when we got their but Judith gave me the number to the lady that helps with the units. She was amazing. She definitely went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We have found our spot that we will definitely revisit.

Perfect Stay!

Perfect location on ocean blvd, we had easy access to food, drink, and fun! Pillows were a bit flat. We enjoyed our time in South Beach.

Close to beach!

This was a nice property to be close to the beach. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. I wish the pillows were a bit newer and we had a few extra towels.

Good location

We arrived at 2:30am because of our flight getting delayed. When we arrived, the previous renters had not replaced the key in the lockbox so we had no way to get into our unit. The host was (understandably) unable to be reached at that time of night. We had to go across to the Lord Balfour hotel to see if they had any rooms left. After that, we got the key the next day from the cleaning staff and the rest of our stay went fairly smoothly. The location is great and the building is pretty quiet at night.
