Welcome to Paradise! This beachfront condominium, is a 10 unit building located on Indian Rocks Beach.
Gorgeous Gulf front balcony
3 Bedroom / 2 Bath (1 King 1 Queen and a day bed with Twins)
2 parking spaces included. The parking spot is under the building: the two cars must park tandem ( back to back).
Beach toys, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas are provided in the unit.

Restaurants within walking distance. Close to St Pete/Clearwater airport and Tampa International Airport.

The sunsets were beautiful from the balcony or out on the beach! The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. Definitely want to go back!!

Beautiful

Such a beautiful condo! Tastefully decorated with beach theme and very clean. Quiet and relaxing located directly on the beach with beautiful view of sunsets. Many beach accessories for a fun day in the sun. This condo is truly a home away from home. Sarah response quickly if you have any questions. Extremely happy with our stay!

Great place!

What a great place! The view was wonderful. Great sunsets. Gulf breezes along with the sound of the waves. The unit was clean and as advertised. Sarah was very responsive.

We love this place so much!

We want to stay here always, it had everything so clearly labeled too, towels, beach needs, washer dryer, it was adorably decorated, so clean, perfectly spacious for our family of 4, could handle a family of 6 comfortably I think. The amenities were set up for little ones too, toys and pack and play, etc. plenty of bedding for all, beach towels, they thought of everything!We have stayed in Florida fairly consistently since 2018 and this is our FAVORITE! The view is perfection, we lived on the balcony, the pool is on the beach side so that was perfect too. The building is secure and easy to receive packages or grocery deliveries. The parking is narrow, tandem parking, worked great for us, the building size is ideal for us, location and privacy were ideal. The kitchen was large, ease of access for checking in and out was perfect, we just can’t say enough wonderful things. We can’t wait to come back.

Great value!

A great beachfront location with all the amenities. The condo looks just like the pictures and has just about everything and anything you could want, a fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs for the whole family (6) beach toys for the kids, a beach wagon and 2 different beach shelters. The kids loved the pool too. Overall we had a great vacation and will be back. The condo was very clean although the floors could have been cleaner, I'm sure it has to be hard to maintain with so many people coming and going. The only complaint would be the master bedroom mattress was a bit hard and not the most comfortable but everyone has their own preference. The owner was wonderful and was very responsive with any questions we had. It was also pretty quiet for us. I know there were some reviews complaining of noise but we did not have that problem. In conclusion we highly recommend this condo.

The location, elevator access and parking was great. The condo was very nice, clean and well equipped for all our needs. The beds were very comfortable and nice linens and blankets. There were lots of books and games, a bowl of snacks for us when we arrived among a lot of other amenities. The beach wagon made it so easy for us to carry all of the chairs and coolers to the beach too! We will definitely rent this condo again.

Jackpot!

My husband and I scoured the internet for an easy vacation with two young boys ages 5 and 2 (if such a thing exists) We stayed in IRB last year and loved the family small town feel so back we came this year. When we saw Sarah’s place we knew it was a BUY NOW. This condo felt like home not like a rental. Loved the view of the pool and ocean. Loved all of the umbrellas and beach toys. Amazing sunsets— loved all of the walkable restaurants. The boys had a blast. Sarah had excellent communication with us. We never “needed” her but felt that we could’ve contacted her at any time. Thank you so much! See you next year!

Best vacation ever

This rental property is top notch in a great area without all the buzz of busy beach towns but lots of options for eating and activities. I’ve taken my family on several beach trips but this takes the cake. Only downside was I had to leave. Thanks for allowing us all to share your beautiful property.

Such a lovely beach home

Our trip was delightful. Sarah made sure that we had everything needed to have a wonderful and relaxing trip. She is very easy to work with. The condo was just so clean and beautiful. Such a wonderful vacation.

Great stay

We had a great stay! The check in process went very smoothly! The place had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The condo was quiet and the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Sarah was very responsive to our needs. We will definitely be back.

New Favorite Vacay

This property was perfect- enough room for a family of six with 4 kids from teenage to 20 something. The view was exactly what we needed and a quick walk or drive to any restaurants!

Another Amazing Vacation

Sarah’s condo was just perfect for our family again. Beautiful view of the gulf. We love drinking our coffee in the morning out there, and you can’t get a better sunset view. We saw dolphins several times. It’s so nice to be able to easily walk out to the beach or back into the condo anytime you want because it is so close. We can’t wait to visit again. Sarah is always friendly and willing to help if you need her.

Love the deck!

The deck is the best place to watch a sunset with a glass of wine and snack! Condo is comfy, clean and conveniently located to restaurants and entertainment.

Perfect location on the beach

This is a great unit with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Sarah is a very thoughtful and responsive host. Well stocked kitchen and lots of beach equipment for use. Good restaurants within walking distance. Loved our time here and didn’t want to leave.

Casablanca beach time

A great month on the beach where the sand is special. Well appointed condo where the host knows the beach. Three retired (husband-wife-sister in law) for a month with a weekend visit by son and granddaughter. Roomy, clean and comfortable, with a great view of beach and sunsets from the large porch. Well stocked kitchen tools and a beachy decorated living area. Sarah was responsive and friendly.

Exactly as described

Our family’s stay at Sarah’s condo was everything we thought it would be. Easy and close access to the beach, clean pool, comfortable furnishings, and felt just like home for the week. Our only recommendation would be that it may be helpful to have more than one set of gate keys in the future for families with more than 2 adults visiting. Indian Rocks beach itself it’s gorgeous. We had excellent restaurant recommendations. Crabby Bills has live music every night and a family friendly atmosphere on the patio. We loved the Colombian for a fancy date night. Not much for brunch options directly by the condo but a few minutes up the road is Sweet Sage which we recommend for their brunch. We rented a golf cart and had an awesome time taking in the views. We stopped at Sand Key Beach a few times for “calm” water swimming for the kids. Thanks again for letting us stay in your beautiful condo! My favorite part was the view from the master bedroom.

Perfect family vacation!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. Very clean and spacious. The balcony overlooking the gulf was our favorite part. Could not ask for a better location, the pool and beach are right outside and also very walkable to plenty of restaurants. Also just a short drive if you want to go check out Clearwater which we did once on a rainy day. Sarah is beyond accommodating and responsive - I didn’t need to contact her for any issues with the property the entire time, just a question about the area. Could not recommend this property enough!
