Welcome to Paradise! This beachfront condominium, is a 10 unit building located on Indian Rocks Beach.
Gorgeous Gulf front balcony
3 Bedroom / 2 Bath (1 King 1 Queen and a day bed with Twins)
2 parking spaces included. The parking spot is under the building: the two cars must park tandem ( back to back).
Beach toys, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas are provided in the unit.

Restaurants within walking distance. Close to St Pete/Clearwater airport and Tampa International Airport.

New Favorite Vacay

This property was perfect- enough room for a family of six with 4 kids from teenage to 20 something. The view was exactly what we needed and a quick walk or drive to any restaurants!

Another Amazing Vacation

Sarah’s condo was just perfect for our family again. Beautiful view of the gulf. We love drinking our coffee in the morning out there, and you can’t get a better sunset view. We saw dolphins several times. It’s so nice to be able to easily walk out to the beach or back into the condo anytime you want because it is so close. We can’t wait to visit again. Sarah is always friendly and willing to help if you need her.

Love the deck!

The deck is the best place to watch a sunset with a glass of wine and snack! Condo is comfy, clean and conveniently located to restaurants and entertainment.

Perfect location on the beach

This is a great unit with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Sarah is a very thoughtful and responsive host. Well stocked kitchen and lots of beach equipment for use. Good restaurants within walking distance. Loved our time here and didn’t want to leave.

Casablanca beach time

A great month on the beach where the sand is special. Well appointed condo where the host knows the beach. Three retired (husband-wife-sister in law) for a month with a weekend visit by son and granddaughter. Roomy, clean and comfortable, with a great view of beach and sunsets from the large porch. Well stocked kitchen tools and a beachy decorated living area. Sarah was responsive and friendly.

Exactly as described

Our family’s stay at Sarah’s condo was everything we thought it would be. Easy and close access to the beach, clean pool, comfortable furnishings, and felt just like home for the week. Our only recommendation would be that it may be helpful to have more than one set of gate keys in the future for families with more than 2 adults visiting. Indian Rocks beach itself it’s gorgeous. We had excellent restaurant recommendations. Crabby Bills has live music every night and a family friendly atmosphere on the patio. We loved the Colombian for a fancy date night. Not much for brunch options directly by the condo but a few minutes up the road is Sweet Sage which we recommend for their brunch. We rented a golf cart and had an awesome time taking in the views. We stopped at Sand Key Beach a few times for “calm” water swimming for the kids. Thanks again for letting us stay in your beautiful condo! My favorite part was the view from the master bedroom.

Perfect family vacation!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. Very clean and spacious. The balcony overlooking the gulf was our favorite part. Could not ask for a better location, the pool and beach are right outside and also very walkable to plenty of restaurants. Also just a short drive if you want to go check out Clearwater which we did once on a rainy day. Sarah is beyond accommodating and responsive - I didn’t need to contact her for any issues with the property the entire time, just a question about the area. Could not recommend this property enough!

Little slice of paradise

This was a great location! Private beach access, designated parking space, close to grocery, food, retail, etc. The condo appeared exactly as it was pictured online. The owner had plenty of towels, beach toys, chairs, umbrella and even some pool toys. There was a hose located by pool to wash yourself/items off. Check in was easy and contactless- which is nice when you are driving and don’t have a set arrival time. A couple of tips: we kept beach stuff in the back of our car to avoid getting sand all over our unit/not having to wash off everything when we would go to the beach a couple of times per day (5 of us). This beach gets fairly crowded so securing a spot early (before lunch) is ideal. The restaurants were pretty good about moving people through if you went at off peak times. It was relatively easy to drive in either direction on the main boulevard to get to local eats. Several are within walking/biking distance depending on age and mobility of your group. A couple of playgrounds were in the neighborhood which was nice - and they were in the shade! A couple of minor nuisances but UNRELATED to the condo: public beach access/parking shares the roadway with the condo unit. Several cars would camp out waiting for parking spaces and many beach goers on foot used this access way. Use extreme caution if driving in and out and if on foot, watch for inbound traffic- tight quarters. We had some renters in same building who used pool late into the night (11pm).

Great place!

What a great place! The view was wonderful. Great sunsets. Gulf breezes along with the sound of the waves. The unit was clean and as advertised. Sarah was very responsive.

Great place

We were scheduled to stay in Clearwater beach but the owners sold the property and we had to rebook and that was a huge blessing in disguise! Much quieter beach, very close/walking distance to at least 6-7 restaurants. The condo was spacious, clean and inviting. The balcony offered the perfect view of the gulf. It was nice to have an elevator for my husband who is getting ready for a knee surgery. It was wonderful to be able to bring our two old dogs along, although they weren’t permitted on the beach. The only negative aspect was that we couldn’t stay longer!

Very clean and updated condo

Condo was great with everything you could possibly need! The outside of condo building could use some updating and parking is extremely tight, but the actual condo and beach made up for it! I would recommend this listing to anyone who was thinking of vacationing in Indian Rocks Beach!

Great sunset beach condo

Amazing condo with pool right on a beautiful beach. Sitting on the balcony listening to the waves and watching sunset - a perfect end to a beach day. It was ideal.

Amazing place!

Aside from the obvious (being steps away from a white sandy clear water beach), this condo had everything we needed, and way more. Little things you wouldn’t think about, utensils etc, so many towels, coolers, umbrellas, a cart… could go on and on. You can walk across the street to several restaurants, ice cream, a small grocery, bars, etc. I think I could literally show up with my swimsuit and a change of clothes and I’d be good for a week. We loved it. Sarah even left our kiddos an Easter basket. Definitely coming back.

Family Vacation

This was one of the best units we have stayed at...the condo was exactly what we were expecting based on the pictures and description of the unit. The location to the beach was fabulous and the large balcony was the perfect place to watch the sunsets. We could walk to many restaurants and shops. The condo was filled with so many things that made us feel at home. We really appreciated the closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards to use on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked which made cooking meals so easy. Sarah was easy to communicate with and the check in process was so easy. She really has thought of everything that made our family vacation memorable. We will definitely be back!
